Wide assortment of all things! Went for a pair of basketball shoes and a basketball for my Son's birthday. The staff in the shoe department were very helpful.

Bought new Jordan's here for basketball and they ripped 3 months into use. Nikes policy says the store will allow you to take them within two years. Went to the store and an employee who had no clue of any policies said he'd ask his manager. Came back and said his manager said no. Manager wouldn't even come to talk. This is offensive. I now have to send them to Nike to wait a minimum two weeks to get shoes. This policy makes no sense and has made a customer of 10 years never want to shop at Dicks again. Worst store and terrible management.

I was in Dicks Saturday and on two separate incidents I was treated horribly for no reason or than I was a person of color. The first incident occurred when I asked the salesman for a size and assumed he went to the back to retrieve the shoe. It wasn't until another salesman came and asked if I'd been helped. He politely went to the back and came right back with another shoe I was looking for. Sadly the other guy DID NOT come back. The new salesman also went to retrieve the original shoe I had wanted but couldn't find the match. I informed him the big guy had "went to retrieve it" but never came back. He went looking around and found the shoe laying around. This should have been my first clue to just leave. At checkout Ibrehaim was nice and polite. I asked for another shoe in women. Unfortunately the only way to order the shoe was via online. He called Pete and stated there was a lady needing to place an online order & would be over. Soon as Pete saw that I was a person of color Pete scurried from the register and LEFT! I will never shop this store again! I will also file a complaint with whomever I need to. NO ONE should ever be treated in this manner nor made to feel any way due to the color of their skin.

I had a great experience with Alex in the shoe department the other day. I went in unsure of what type of shoe I wanted and he was so thorough and so helpful! He helped me pick the right shoe and I couldn’t be happier!

This one goes to the unpleasant older gentleman that wear glasses at the Golf Club station. He was unprofessional and had an attitude when I asked why my club wasn’t repaired yet when the representative told me a date to pick it up. This person should not be “helping” anyone but himself.
