OTR Driver here. Delivered here. Drop Hook, went well, I got a bad trailer of course that wasn't their fault had 3 bad tires one was flat. Trailer lot in rear can be a bit tight with trailers being very close together, but doable. Ovnp-yes-okay here, had service tech come out n replace tires. Yard hostlers friendly. It's secure n gated facility, if you ovnp the gates in front are closed n locked, just notify yard hostler early for rear exiting. They open in morning, it wasn't a problem for me as I didn't leave until they were open.

Arrive on time not before not after unload fast but by appointment only dnt arrival early will not unload before appointment

A lot of rules and regulations and the staff will have no compunction to try and make you feel like you don't know what you are doing if you park on their yellow line and not two feet back.

I worked here as a temp and its very poor there. the employees over there very unprofessional when it comes to team work, they only nice part is the supervisors and the managers. They keep the place going.

This warehouse is huge.i took a tractor trailer delivery there last week.2nd time there..the lady who is in receiving is so friendly and nice..the parking lot is huge.makes for easy moves with the trailer..also I seen only 2 maybe 3 other trucks both times i was there..parking lot to myself..love that delivery
