If you call they won’t even let you finish a sentence without interrupting you. The staff is rude and has no clue what they’re doing - other than the pharmacist she is nice and actually helpful: never talk to a pharmacy tech here all they care about is being right and having the worst customer service - always just ask for the pharmacist

Do not buy Synthroid from this pharmacy as they don’t apply coupon properly. They up charge if you have to get two different doses of the Synthroid. I ordered the same from another pharmacy and they charged a lot less!

It’s a shame others don’t have the same experience….because I love this CVS! They always have everything ready super fast- I ended up switching from Walgreens on Ogden.

I’ve unfortunately been sick the past month and had prescriptions sent over from urgent care two weeks in a row. Both instances, I received a text that my medicine was ready for pick up and when I arrived, it wasn’t ready. Today, I left urgent care around 9am. Received a text from CVS that pick up was ready at 10:15am. Showed up at 11:30am and was told it would be another hour wait. I understand pharmacies getting busy, but don’t tell me it’s ready when it’s not.

I called prior to coming into the Minute Clinic. There was no option to talk to a human being, and the system rattles through their hours and repeats. There's nothing indicating that you have to schedule online, just that they open at 830. I rushed in to get here at 8:35 to be greeted by a kiosk stating that you have to schedule an appointment. Their next availability is at 5 pm. Their inability to warn customers that they need to schedule at what shows up as a walk-in clinic demonstrates a complete disregard for their customers' time.After the above rant, the next patient was a no-show and I was seen quickly. If you can get in and be seen, the doctor here was awesome, but the fact that CVS can't be bothered to update their phone system messaging is incredibly unfortunate and a huge potential waste of time.

One of the pharmacy technicians, Yen, is the most disrespectful person i’ve interacted with at CVS. He did not greet me in an inviting and kind manner and simply just sat there waiting for me to speak. He then ran off to grab the prescription and was slamming his finger against the computer to the point it was shaking and was really loud. After essentially beating up the computer, he crumpled my receipt and threw my prescriptions into my hands without a bag. I will not be returning to this location his temperament and body language showed he does NOT like dealing with customers and as a customer myself, let me tell you the feeling was mutual.

Terrible Service!!! 0/5 if i couldHelena is a piece of work oml.If there was a picture next to Urban Dictionary's definition of a Karen, it would be a terribly unflattering photo of her.Very disrespectful service from her, get helped out from literally anyone else at this pharmacy. Hell, even the ceiling lights would address your issue better than Helena probably ever could. Idk where CVS found her lmao.I have no more words, you've been warned.

Store is out of a lot of there store brand merchandise and there beverage cooler and bear cooler is out of stock it literally looks like a ghost town in their store

I have only had 2 encounters with the Pharmacy and Rx filling. Both were extremely fast and happily less than I was thinking it could end up costing. So pleasantly surpised. The Pharmacy seemed extremely busy for the workers but I was in and out before you know it. Got what I needed and on with my day. 5 stars!!!
