I hope I could give zero or negative star to this place. I was picking up a medication for a family member near pharmacy closing time. There was some insurance issue, and I was calling the insurance company. The pharmacist Alex Liu wanted to close without giving me the medications. When I got my medications, he totally ignored that it was a new medication for a new patient and he should give me consultation. When i questioned him, his excuse was it was almost close time and nothing pop op on computer. Come on, “new patient, consultation is needed” is clearly printed on the bag. Avoid this pharmacy, avoid Alex Liu. He is inpatient, irresponsible and not honest.

Editing this review in January 2025. Over the last few months, communication and transparency seems to have been improved significantly when I've leveraged CVS as a backup pharmacy. Thank you!
Literally always a problem with these guys. They send notifications saying that prescriptions are ready for pickup (in this case Sunday) then tried to pickup (wednesday) and they tell you it's expired. Call my provider and get it resent the following morning and they say they're out of stock of the medication. In the past they have had issues because they didn't ask for my updated insurance and had an expired one on file.
Just seem to be completely unorganized and unapologetic when things go sideways--which seems to be 75% of the time.

Horrible pharmacy to deal with. I got an appointment for drive through Covid test. Called them before starting to the location. When I reach there they simply say system is not working

Horrible service. I couldn’t get anyone to help get some mucinex that was locked up. Even when I asked for help at the checkout in, the cashier looked at me like a deer in the headlights when I asked for help after waiting almost 10 minutes after pushing their button for help almost a dozen times. Luckily, my husband was able to wiggle a box out that we paid for but to no help from the CVS staff.

Christmas Eve hours posted open at 10am. Arrived at 10:45am - closed.

Can't get thru, have to leave message. They always call back when I can't take the call. I'd rather wait in the phone que when I am available. Why is this the norm now?

Shelves are always empty. Coolers are always empty and they have tons of drinks right across from them, but none of the employees think to just put them across into the cooler. Probably should hire a manager here....

Pharmacy is awful, they take forever and literally always have a problem finding my prescription even if they’re unchanged for months. I always wait 15+ minutes even if there’s nobody there

Will never come back to this CVS after today. Went to go buy an item and I told the employee that it did not show that price on the item. Showed him what I seen and he stated that he would never honor that, someone must have put it on there. And I told him yeah probably an employee but he should honor it since it’s not the customers fault. He proceeded to say that it was not there this morning when he checked - pretty much stating that I did it. Told him to pull those cameras and check. He was super rude from the beginning I came in to make a return on items that were not needed nor used. Especially to indirectly acuse someone of doing something that’s not true. If this person is a manager which looked like it - that’s awful that they have people representing CVS brand like this.
