I got nothing to say anything bad about this place. I came to the main place drop and hook in and out less than 10 minutes. No over night parking.

The receptionist is rude - no hi, just give me your ID...., as I pulled up to pick up the furniture, no one offered help. Poor customer service.

Just left the facility. The workers there are rude and behave like they are afraid of people, especially the front desk woman. The woman gestured the warehouse guy bringing the package out, to stay within an inch at the door, so as not to help us with loading it into the car. So if you plan to pick up from there, make sure you are strong enough to handle the pick up yourself.

SO FRUSTRATING... FIRST THE IDEA TO WAIT ON PICKING UP AN ITEM THAT IS ASSUMED IN STOCK IS DUMB, AND THEN TRYING TO SCHEDULE OR CONFIRM PICK-UP IS ALSO PAINFUL WITH LONG, LONG LONG PHONE WAITS, STUCK IN A CRAZY PHONE LOOP.... IF I DIDN'T ALREADY GIVE AWAY MY DINING TABLE SET I WOULD SHOP ELSEWHERE, BUT NEXT TIME I WILL... I'M DONE WITH CRATE & BARREL

I have been to food warehouse that were easier to deal with. I had to have appointment to drop trailer. One, if not the worst place I have ever had to deal with!!!! First place I have ever told to tell the company I work for not to send me back. One star is one to many

Very slow live load. Don’t live load here if you have the choice. Appt 8am. It’s now 12:25pm still not loaded. I won’t be here again!! Spoke to lady in office and said “my products aren’t even ready yet” didn’t know I came to Geppetto’s workshop!!!Place is an absolute joke!

You have to go and check in in another building first,and than to come here,and wait until appoiment in my case even tho i came first because i had same load as another driver but his app was for 9 mine for 10 and i got here first he did not showed up until 9:20...what is the point to make a driver wait unltil appoiment when you have to get them empty anyway

I drove a 70 miles round trip from my home to the outlet. It was an average visit, clean store, helpful employees. The prices were on the high side.
