I prefer Sams club they have more items, cheaper gas prices and better over all systems in place , Costco is way to anal about scanning as you walk in the door. They even have cameras with pictures that come up making sure it's you on the card. For ppl like myself that pay our hard earned money for our membership, I don't appreciate being hounded for using my husband's card to do the shopping.

This Costco is always crowded. People don’t return carts. People drive crazy. Parking is hard. Overall it sucks. Compared to north Naperville Costco, this one is bs.

Horrible. Terrible customer service. If you want to be treated as a piece of crap, that’s the place to go. Arrogant, rude employees. The way they check your membership card every step of your way is absolute nonsense. Take your money somewhere else. Do not recommend!

We had the best customer service experience at the membership desk. Mary told us everything we needed to know and sent us shopping with smiles on our faces.

I went to renew my membership, and the experience was very unpleasant. The lady took her sweet time to renew my membership , and she kept forcing me to upgrade, which I was not interested in. She even charged me even when I said no, thank you. I have to tell her you charged me the wrong price she was upset why i was not upgrading. Next year, I will not renew my membership.

I have nothing negative to say about Costco. But if I did, it would be wonderful for the aisles to list items, vs. being numbered only. And how about providing a changing room for clothing? Well?
