I went to self serve 2/11/24. I was standing in line and the attendant that should be directing members cleanly saw me. Another person walked up and the attendant then decided I was not positioned correct told me that person was next. Clearly both of these people saw i was there first. Costco should train this lady how to make decisions and move a line properly. This was around 5:30 it wasn't even that busy. I felt like this was a discrimination issue... that I will take further. .

Standard Costco with good selection. Food court is nice. I recently got the pepperoni pizza, chicken bake and hot dog. The hot dog and chicken bake were great. However, the pizza quality seems to have gone down hill but was still good. All in all, a nice Costco option in the area.

I just bought four 42pounds cat litter and when I went to the self checkout cashier, I asked the lady , "you have scanner?" I knew the answer should be yes because I saw a portable scanner in your back pocket, then she talked back to me, " you don't ask your request ,or not even say hi or good afternoon,how do I know what you want." Wow,I don't expect worker to be smart, but at least not that stupid. Even the manager or CEO standing there serving, I still ask the same question. I don't think customer is always right,but the employees should have a better training.

This is probably my least favorite Costco and I have been to ALOT of costcos. Parking is very chaotic, the employees aren't super friendly, and the two times I've been here there are never any boxes to put our groceries - which generally doesn't happen at the other locations. Probably wouldn't come to this location again

I just checked out at Costco, Rt 59. Absolute horrid experience, the staff are incompetent, rude and racist.The cashier, her name tag Angel, did not have one ounce of customer service in her being. Will never step foot in that store again.

The worst Costco that I have been too. Staff is rude. Out of merchandise at times. Would rather drive the extra miles to the other location in Naperville where staff is pleasant and store is clean

Very helpful staff. It was easy to transfer and fill my prescription. Also told one script was on backorder. However, it only took 1 extra day to receive the medicine

Terrible customer service and still very crowded somehow with rude entitled people. The cart pusher will burden you and push his train of carts in your way while it's raining and does not give a damn about customer service, just a typical selfish brain dead gen z loser. The employees stand around hiding from work and would never dare to ask you if you need any help. This Costco is a joke they need new management and employees who don't burden the customers. The new Naperville location is much better ! This one will probably just keep going down hill.

I had a phenomenal time at the Costco Pharmacy. The team is always going above and beyond for their customers with a smile on their face alongside the pharmacists who are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about helping their patients!

We've been going to this location for years. The food court cleanliness has gone downhill. The tables are rarely cleaned. Today we had hair under our slice of pizza. There appeared to be new food court staff. The rest of the store is great. Just avoid the food court.

I called to schedule an appointment and selected the option to talk to the optical department thinking there was no need to schedule an appointment directly with the eye doctor themselves. The woman who answered the phone sounded annoyed that I was calling, told me I selected the wrong option, and that she was transferring me over without giving me a chance to finish saying the reason I was calling or respond to her. Overall, the location seems relatively busy and the staff doesn't seem to be handling it well. Not sure if they need additional staff to help with the volume or clearer direction on their answering service that specifically directs people on where to schedule appointments rather than "select option one to talk to an independent optometrist..." Phone call was made 7/17/23 at 4:40pm in case management is reviewing this and wants to provide additional training/feedback to specific team members.

Best Pharmacy. The pharmacists Mike, Ashley & Lisa are diligent to provide the best care. The pharm technicians are awesome and helpful. Their very knowledgeable and work to accommodate all.

Excellent experience! I’ve used other pharmacies, but I’ve never been treated as well as I have here and specifically with Becky. Getting treatment can be tough, but I’m put at ease in this location with prompt service and friendly care.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 12 years. Everyone is very skilled and friendly. Becky always has a smile on her face and has and a very friendly welcome. I will always recommend this pharmacy!
