Finally a shop I trust. I've taken both our vehicles here several times. The service is top-notch and pricing is fair. Dan and Brett are clearly interested in keeping long-term customers. They won't upsell you on things you don't need, yet at the same time they will bring legitimate issues to your attention. When something was still off after one repair job they listened to me and made it right. Highly recommend.

Dan and Brett are awesome. They are my go to mechanics. I’ve gone to this shop multiple times because I am so pleased with the service. They are friendly, honest, and know what they are doing. I’ve had quotes from other places and they are usually right in line or less expensive than other shops. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Added bonus: there is a nice spot to sit and watch tv with comfy chairs. They have an extensive movie collection that my daughter loved along with hot chocolate. Dan even brought his dog into the shop to keep him company. Thanks for all of your help, Dan and Brett!

Called for a quote regarding installation for a custom axle-back exhaust system. I would be supplying all the parts and all they would supply is piping and installation. After a minute phone call I was told they could not install it even though they state on their website they do exhaust. I asked why they couldn't install it and got attitude,a "whatever" and hung up on. Nice customer service.

I just want to say I had a really good experience here! The owner was very honest about my car and the prices are very reasonable. What I liked is that they strive to fix your car like it was their own! I love honesty and when people do not try to take advantage of you! My Hyundai Tucson making a noise, this place was recommended from my friend. I spoke with Dan on the phone told me everything that was wrong and what he thought I needed to be done. Hyundai dealership told me some of the same things but two more than what Dan said really needed to be done, and Dans prices lower. Will be taking my car here from now on. The services were done three weeks ago.Services: Brakes

Took my Honda CRV in to have the steering checked because I had a vibration. Dan at Cool Flow fixed it for considerably less that the dealership was going to charge and in time for our road trip. I also brought a used Lexus I purchased which needed considerable work. Cool Flow checked the car over meticulously and fixed all its issues and made it the reliable car I was looking for.

A kindergartner could do better work. Got hung up on and they won’t fix my battery shortage they crates after “fixing my car”. Just a bunch of grown men sitting around with no knowledge of vehicles.Service: General repairs & maintenance
