Review for the experience we had with the service department . Overall Great interaction with service advisor Kyle and Service manager Ryan to help us get my daughters Audi Q5 repaired. They went above and beyond in dealing with the aftermarket warranty company to assist us in getting our repairs approved. Communication and access was flawless with both team members which are highly recommend if having your car serviced here. Thank you guys

Do not shop, or bring your car to this dealership. You're better off paying full price at anther dealership. Sales, service, and management is completely unprofessional. Audi really needs to higher an entire new team at this specific dealership.

We purchased our Audi out of state from this location. The negotiations started off good. There was miscommunication on the delivery fee, but that was rectified. Isaac Stiegler got involved and ironed a few things out, but I don't think he followed through enough, I was still a little apprehensive. The price was better than our local Audi dealer, so we bit the bullet and made the purchase. Then it all went downhill. Arshan Alamigr in Financial Services is worthless. Everything he touched was screwed up. We were told the dealer would take care of everything, including the licensing, titling and taxes. We sent our check and finance info, this went well. They set up the shipping of the vehicle which was over 250 miles away, no issues there. In the end I made four trips to our local DMV, the paperwork they sent to our state licensing office was rejected several times. This maybe a good dealership to purchase locally, but I would not recommend purchasing from out of state.

Came in to have my car connected to my app. I was ready with all the paperwork to prove ownership. Walked into the showroom and stood around awkwardly as there is no receptionist. Finally someone came to help me out, I explained I wanted my car connected to the Audi app. They stated I had to bring it back to the dealership I bought it from. Huh!?!? I bought it in California.... That makes no sense. They brushed me off and told me I had to talk to someone else and of course they aren't in. So it was a complete waste of a trip. I called the dealership that I bought it from and they even called out the sales person for being lazy and they could have helped me. In the end, I was able to get it setup virtually from the place I bought it from. Give this experience, for my next Audi.... Not buying from here.

The finance manager at this location is a sociopath and should be fired immediately. This man lead me on a 4+ month wild goose chase in getting a refund for a 2k wheel/tire protection product that I never asked for. He initially comes off as very responsive and friendly when he's trying to close the deal but when I came back the next week to sign the cancellation form for the protection (it came with a 30-day money back guarantee), his manners disappeared and the deception and avoidance regarding my refund began. The first lie was that the product provider requires a 90-day processing period to return the money. The 90 days came and went and still no refund. I called the provider, they told me my protection was never even cancelled and that the dealer is responsible for any refunds. I call the finance manager back. I tell him I never received the money. I then tell him some of my personal info needs to be updated so he says I need to wait another 30 days. 30 days came and went, still no check. At this point he stops answering my emails and calls completely. Long story short I had to reach out to 2 of the dealership's general managers with a threat to take legal action against the business before I get back on the phone with him. He calls on a Friday and promises me a check for pickup on Monday. I drive to the dealership on Monday to find out that the check was available as early as Saturday and that he wasn't even expected to be in today. I wait there while the unnotified staff scramble to finally find a check made out to me. Of course it is in the wrong amount! This childishly petty person made me drive through rush hour traffic on a weekday knowing full well I'd be doing this for nothing! In the end I had a general manager get involved who was able to approve and mail out a check in the correct amount in just 2 business days! What a horrible ordeal to put a customer through that spent 60k on a used car here! It's safe to say I will never be returning.

I bout a van from them in January 2019.Also I bought a warranty for 5 years or 60,000 miles whatever comes first. The van broke down recently and it is covered under warranty based on the contract. The warranty company know it is covered and they don't want to pay by giving me hard time opening the claim and treated me like crab now I'm fighting with them to open the claim . I have kids and an elderly sick man in the house where I need my van as soon as possible. Audi of Naperville sold me the warranty assuring me it is one of the best warranties but in fact they did not care about me , all they care about money they are making from selling the warranty. I do not recommend this dealer to any one since they lied to me when I trusted them bout the warranty.

Audi Naperville is the only place I'll go moving forward! The overall experience throughout the entire process was red carpet and left me astonished! They even gave me additional credit far above and beyond what anyone would expect! Ask for Scott Woosley when you go there!!! Scott our salesman couldn't have been a more personable guy. Taking his time in getting to know me and building a relationship vs. just looking at me to get a car sale. He took extra care to look for the right Q5 that would meet my needs and insuring this would be a car I would love now and over time. I purchased my car solely on the basis of him and his honesty, integrity, straightforwardness and valuing me as a customer! Jason Byford the General Sales Manager came over to introduce himself to me even before I found my dream car. He is very professional and knows the value of building long time relationships with people! The whole team there understands the value of turning 1 time customers into permanent clients! The finance step often can become a bit difficult, but it was smooth and easy. Kudos to Finance Manager Lucy Read as she was very easy to work with and very organized. This was my very 1st Audi product as I've only driven Land Rover products the last 15+ years. I was really impressed with the craftsmanship, handling and power the Q5 had! Thank you Audi Naperville for my new Q5 S line 45 TFSI quattro Premium Plus!!!

After a couple months of deciding what to do with my lease I made way up to Napleton Audi of Naperville where I met Nick Fograse who not only made the car buying experience easy he partnered with his peers and colleagues to ensure I was taking care throughout the entire process. Probably one of the best car buy experiences that I’ve ever had as Nick went above and beyond to answer all of questions and even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I was enjoying my new 2023 Q3 in Tango Red.

After a couple hiccups, and after getting to deal with the GM Mike and Tiffany in Finance, I was extremely happy. Mike and Tiffany very helpful as well as Joe, the salesman, that sold me my vehicle. I would recommend Audi Naperville to everyone.

You can't beat the customer service that Audi of Naperville. Mitch Massero, Sales, and Dan Loose, General Mgr, gave us. We thought we purchased a 2022 Audi Q5 Sportback with the blind spot indicators and discovered they weren't on the car. Brought the car back and was issued a loaner until they could get us the same car with the indicators which took 5 weeks. All gas tanks were filled up for us, always a smile when they dealt with us, and this dealership and its employees are totally incredible!! The honesty, integrity and top notch service went beyond what this dealership needed to do. We still can't believe how well we were treated, the follow-up by Mitch including coming out to our house to program the car, and the "stand on your head" to get us the car we wanted by Dan Loose. This dealership have left us "breathless"! We would highly recommend this dealership to ANYONE. BTW--this is the 2nd Audi we have purchased from this dealership. Gerry and Ron Gall, Villa Park, Il
