The branch employees were great and understanding with helping me with my issues and concerns. However, the privacy in the bank I would rate a zero because there is no separation in the cubicles. There was only 1 teller with a line. The online phone service is useless and unhelpful in alot of situations that customers experience, the wait, the constant routing, no assistance but a machine is unacceptable. With all the fraud, you cant reach anyone from that department to report it. This is very disappointing for as long as ive been with this bank. I am so inclined to change banks. If it wasnt for the staff, kent Pan, i would have done just that, he helped me during my issue nd helped to make things right. This doesnt include the fraud investigation dept they were very helpful. Other than that, the phone service needs an overhaul, there needs to be privacy between the bankers cubicles so others wont hear other customers personal information or issues.

Great service by the teller and excellent help from Kent who taught me how to perform international wire transfers through the Citi App.

I visited this branch last week because of some online banking issue of my checking account. Kent was very helpful not only that time but also after. I have been calling the Citibank customer service 10 times in the last 2 weeks hoping to be able to solve it over the phone, but all I got was apology and a verbal promise of it will be resolved within 24~48 hours, however it was never resolved. After I told Kent at the branch, not only he double checked everything is correct on my end, he also began calling the department and follow up with them till it is resolved today. I really appreciate his help and great customer service from this branch.

Very discouraged to see this bank going down the drain in Customer Service. I have been a client for 26 yrs, went to the bank to open a student account for my daughter. The lady had such an attitude,like she’s doing a favor we spent 45 minutes answering her questions and finally ended up not opening an account. And I think I will never do it.

Have to give 5 stars for the great costumer service. Kent helped me out applying for a new credit card, process was quick and simple. Monaj the manager was awesome always keeps in touch to make sure your experience there is always good. Any questions you have ask for Kent!

This is the worst bank in Naperville or in the USA. Every transaction is a problem or hours to do it. Or nothing works in the bank. Stay away!!

It is literally excruciating to be a Citibank customer. I long for the day when I can bid this bank goodbye.The list of issues with Citibank is pretty long. I'll go ahead and mention some of them here so you can make the best decision when considering this supposed "Bank" to do business with.1) ATMs not letting you withdraw your money. At the bank itself as well as at other Citibank ATMs in places like walgreens. This issue is currently in play where they have replaced their ATMs at the branch with supposed new ones that don't dispense cash yet.2) the website has lots of bugs and issues. They recently supposedly enhanced the website but what they really did was enhanced a few main pages while leaving the secondary pages for the actual transactions happen the same with the same bugs (I have a very technical background so please trust me on this)3) if you make the mistake of opening up an account online and then go into the branch to get support for that account, they will tell you to call Citibank phone number for issues and support. Go figure.4) Many Citibank branches have closed down over the years and the ones that remain are open only few hours in a day.5) if you ever get locked out of your bank account online, expect to receive a password through snail mail which can take days. Until then, if you want to bank with them, you have to go into the branch. It's 2022 when I'm writing this review and I can't believe I'm saying this.Your mileage may vary but I doubt if it's going to be that much difference than what I have experienced being with this bank for decades which is what makes it so hard to move everything.
