Had great experience. We came there looking for a vehicle for my mother and had no intention to purchase a vehicle for us. But we met Ricky Saravia one of Chevrolet Naperville sales person. He was super great easy to talk to and very straight forward. My wife ended up trading her Chev Suburban off for brand new 2500 HD Chev truck because Ricky was so easy to talk to.

Ricky Saravia did a great job helping me and my family decide on a car for our college kids. He took time to help explain and research questions we had about a used car that we purchased. He made certain all our questions and needs were met even though we didn't arrive until almost closing time.

Holly our sales person has been magnificent. Chevrolet is still trying to work out how their electronics works and the onstar people seemed lost, doing things like creating two accounts under the same email. When you buy a car they should have a checklist of what you need (a google account with password etc) to set up your dashboard. Holly worked with us for a week until onstar got it right.

I am still trying to get a refund.
I took my car there because my dash board said I had low air pressure on driver
front tire. They charged me over $200 to fix it. Less than 4 months later
I got the same error message on the same tire was only charged 40 bucks to fix by a diffferent auto shop in Chicago.
The lady told me if I sent the receipt I would get a refund.
When I sent receipt they told me they needed a TP number which I provided via email as well.
When I called the last time. Romero said he was busy but he would get back to me by end of day.
I'm still waiting. This occured just before the 4th of July holiday.

Great service from my advisor Dominick as he is always upfront and honest. The service team is always great getting me in and out and letting me know how my vehicle is functioning. I live Chevy of Naperville. I highly recommend this dealership for a new car and service needs.

What a wonderful car buying experience!! Everything was straight forward, no bickering or haggling. The price we saw online didn't increase once we came into the showroom like with some other dealers. Got a great deal! Definitely recommend Iggy!!
