Brought a friend who recently had a green card and chase ignored to open an account for him even though he had his bills and other proof for documentation.
Then he went to BOFA took 20 mins to open an account

Very rushed and rude banker who was from India. She was irritated by our presence. It was a horrible customer experience. I was planning to transfer my account to chase bank but after this experience I will stay where I am. She needs some coaching.

Super lazy and extremely rude employees, I live walking distance from this branch and never done anything here, every time going Plainfield location, interesting thing they sitting don’t doing anything and saying we are busy, don’t come here wasting time, never seen kind of Chase branch before.

Please be careful guys.Banker Steve Narel is just one bad and terrible person.Stay away from him! He did say to me ,, I owe Chase please leave the branch asap! I went there 1530 and he was lazy and seating there and do nothing.After i mention him that i am private client with chase and ask him for nottary service..he told me to leave...please please stay away from him

There are multiple outdoor drive-through/walk-up ATMs at this location so, it minimizes wait times if going into the bank isn't an option. The Chase app can also be used at the ATM if your debit card is unavailable.

The bankers are rude and not helpful. According to a banker at this branch, “chase restricts accounts for amounts as low as $10” which is ironically less than the monthly maintenance fee on their checking accounts! I’ll NEVER bank with Chase again!

Walked in to open an account. The lady present never spoke. After about 4 minutes a personal banker was briskly walking through the lobby. He spoke to the couple who was also waiting and kept walking. They had to stop him to ask if they could open up an account. He pointed to his cubicle saying that he was working with someone already and if they could come back in 20-25 mins. He then asked me what I needed. I explained that I too wanted to open up an account. He said he only had time for 1 more and would have to schedule me for another day. I declined and walked out. Customer service here is terrible. No way to treat a potential client. I'll take my business over to Bank of America.
