This bank is FAR from professional. They do not answer the phones. They do not help. Is it a bunch of incompetent people working here Chase? The management is not smart and should probably look into another career because this one isn’t working for them. I want to delete all my accounts because of how unprofessional this location is

Hace 4 business accounts with chase. Always need singles. This bank claims they have NO singles. Not even one.

They kept the door locked signaling me with their hands sporadically that they don't open till 10...they are supposed to be open at 9. This chase operates like carless high schoolers working at a fast food restaurant.

Teller Deposited money to a different account and even when I returned back and ask to check one more time because an account wasn’t familiar to me she said everything right. Next day when I returned same teller said it was my fault, because I didn’t change an address on my ID ( just moved to Naperville) No apologies only an attitude and only after I raised my voice the banker stepped with an accusation you can’t talk like that to our tellers and it’s not a big problem they will withdraw your money and will deposit on your account . So money was deposited to a wrong account I spent one hour of my time solving the issue ,got told I have a bad behavior , several times was told that’s my fault but nothing about teller wasn’t paid attention what she was doing, refused to spend two minutes of her time checking an account even before I returned to ask her for that , not even an apology from her what instead to be at work I had to drive back to the bank to get my money back . Is that how bank’s customer service should be?

Worked with Sabitha to request a bank letter for business direct deposit. She contacted business services who, after an hour, stated a bank letter would be drafted and sent within two business days. It's been two weeks with no letter. Another Chase service failure.

This place is such a joke. I have been doing something that should be so simple. Having my accounts put into a trust. They keep dropping the ball again and again and again. And there is no way for them. Not me. Them. To call their legal department to check on a status or if paperwork has been received. It all has to be done through email which is not getting done. At the moment the bank has no manager because they're on leave. Someone in training to be a manager is also apparently not ready to take over so there is no one that can help. They simply told me to go to another branch. Do Chase banks not communicate with each other? When I happen to mention some issues with Chase on Facebook most everybody asked what in the heck I was doing with Chase. Not cool guys. You have an important job and you're not doing it.

What is going on with that new appointment system? Bankers sit around or walk around doing nothing, but when asked to talk about my accounts they are all booker up!!! Just another hit on customer service quality, quitting chase soon!

Have been a Chase customer at another location for at least 22 years. I have several accounts with them, as does my family.Popped into this location to make a deposit.When I asked to use the restroom I was told they were for employees only.They have 2 restrooms. Make 1 for employees and 1 for customers.Place was crowded, had to wait.Take my money but you won't let me pee?!You guys don't need 2

Worst Chase Bank branch I've ever been to, staff customer service is absolutely horrendous. Plain and simple, they just don't care.I have multiple businesses that bank at Chase, after this experience I will be moving to a different bank.
