I asked them to keep the crease in my pants as that’s how I like my pants not to mention, that’s how they were when I bought them to CD One; CD One took the crease out and ironed them flat even though I specifically said “please keep the crease in my pants and use starch”? I decided to go back to the cleaners that I’ve been using for over 10yrs even though it means that I have to drive an extra 5miles.

The cleaning of clothes is done in a quick and efficient manner. You can get most items back by the end of the day you dropped them off. The help are friendly and efficient.

This is an ongoing problem that I have with one price, many of my new shirts laundering label states wash in warm water and iron with cool iron. I have been charged a dry cleaning charge vs a laundering price on many of my shirts. New materials are coming to the market, if One Price can not react to the market by finding a lower cost way to iron these shirts I’m sure that I will not be the only customer that you will loose.

Employees were very good. I had a lot of things and one girl helped me to my car! I gave 3 stars because most items were wrinkled from being smashed together.
