While traveling from West Palm Beach FL to Naperville IL in my 34’ Tiffin Motorhome I called Cassidy Tire in Naperville to see uf they could handle a large vehicle for a brake check and possible brake job. Austin was very helpful on the phone and assured me that the company could handle the large vehicle with service and parts if needed. He told me to speak with Eddie when I came in for my appointment. Eddie Villalobos is the store manager and he greeted me with a warm welcome and was confident that he could help me. He runs a great, well disciplined, knowledgeable and courteous staff and they inspected my vehicle right after one other tire change ahead of me. They measured my pads and rotated my front tires at my request. After all safety checks including tire wear and air pressures, I was on my way. The pads were well within limits. I would highly recommend Eddie and his team for your tire and brake needs. I will recommend the shop to all my friends in Naperville and elsewhere.

Needed new tires and an alignment. Dealer was charging a lot. Called Dan from Multistate, next door since we always handa good experience with them. He recommended Cassidy for tires though. I called and spoke to Eddie. He was super courteous and helped us out with an alignment as well. Definitely coming back next time I need tires.

People are welcoming at this place . I have to replace my license plates for my car and they have helped so quickly with free of cost even though I have offered some money but they have not taken it. I heard appointments and prices are very reasonable here as well.So I will definitely keep coming here for all my future services for my car and even I will recommend for my friends and families
