My experience with Juliana Marquez has been amazing! Through her knowledge, professionalism, and expertise, my husband and I was able to purchase our very first home. She paid attention to the details that I wanted in a home and gave us some great options to look at. She was patient, understanding, and she always gave us the best advice and direction. I've always heard buying a home was stressful but Juliana made this process so easy for us. She was consistent and answered all of our questions. Arrogant. Claims "I NEVER MAKE A MISTAKE". Red flag right there. Focused on getting the contract signed then acts in the buyer's behalf. Slow if ever to respond to important concerns. Assistant did most of the communication. "MISTAKE"... Allowed truly ridiculous demands from the buyer causing an impossible situation. Wasting so much time. Only looking for 'pay day'. If he tells you he never makes a mistake, don't sign.

We can't recommend this firm enough! As first time homeowners my husband and I had many requests and questions. Heather went above and beyond to make sure we found the house we love and has been there every step of the way!
