The ladies at the front desk need an extreme month long customer service training boot camp. I am very dissatisfied with the terrible customer service the front office provided.1ST...My wife arrived with the vehicle and was informed she was at the wrong location despite simply driving to the address provided to us by phone and email.2ND.... After it was determined we were in fact at the right location, my question was how long would the glass replacement take. The lady on the right side of the office as we entered said it could take all day, in a very unprofessional manner. Our appointment was for 9am but she had the audacity to utter the words all day. She never offered to contact the technician to get an estimate. I retrieved my key fob and left expeditiously. I know poor customer service when I see it. I can guarantee never to return and I suggest anyone reading this to expect the worst.

Called for windshield repair, recommended by my insurance company. Phone call took forever had way more questions than necessary for a windshield repair. Specifically told them I needed afternoon appt. for repair and was assured that it would be. Get text later that evening my appt. is between 8 and 10 a.m. I rearranged my schedule because I wanted this done asap. Tech comes out and uses a lighter to heat windshield on inside, this is the best way to heat the windshield up inside? Didn't seem very professional wouldn't use them again.
