Never buy from this dealer. They do not care about us. Caddy does not help them keep posting fixes that never happen so forget it. They do not stand up. They do not care. They should take care of their buyers first. Frank doesn't care what issues we have. He should to keep us happy one would think they would be for and get Cadillac to take care of. Do not buy from here.

Took my 2015 Cadillac to the shop because a maps navigation update I purchased from GM trashed my Cue System. It does not work at all. I knew I would have to pay for the diagnostic of the issue but I fully expected Cadillac/GM would take care of this as GM's product caused the issue but they did not! Furthermore my info display behind my steering wheel that shows the miles to empty, tire pressure etc was working when I brought the vehicle in but when they refused to fix a problem GM brought on I noticed not even that was working. They insisted it was all related. I don't know what's related but I do know that part was working when I brought my vehicle in. Also the guy that was helping me at first stated that they were in contact with GM and said they were willing to cover $500 of the repair but the manager said later that the $500 was being covered by Cadillac. So someone is not telling the truth. I doubt they ever contacted GM but I did and i also contacted NBC responds investigators. I should not have to pay over $1800 for a product GM makes.

We purchased our 2021 xt5 during covid however, we were eying the new Escalade. The online sticker price stated XXXXXX as did the sticker price in store. We were informed they would sell it to us for over 20,000 asking price. Fast forward a few weeks I find out there are regulations against this. Prices must match!!! Fast forward to our first complimentary oil change with a new car, we waited for 3hours for an oil because the technician did not finalize the check in process. During this time frame we were just told it'd be a moment longer. Service technicians and sales persons are condescending and not helpful or knowledgeable.

Brought my less than a year old XT6 in for service because the transmission crapped out on me. I ask if we can get a loaner, no sorry we don't have any. I say ok can we get a ride home because I've got my 3 year old son with me with his car car seat. Nope sorry were not going to do that either. I ask okay how are we supposed to get home. Reply back is uh... uber? The service writer was rude and and his total lack of empathy was abundantly clear. I get it...you work with the public, but maybe try to at least fake that you don't care.We purchased this car from this dealership and I expected a little more out of them. At minimum a ride home because the car they sold us is having a major mechanical issue. Do yourself a favor give these people your business. Any other luxury car brand I've bought from would have tried to make the situation better. Audi, Acura, BMW. Cadillac and this dealer in specific don't care once your purchase is over with.

Just bought a used 2019 XT5 from John Phelan. He did a fabulous job from start to finish. He went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Total pressure free environment. Finance and all managers were also friendly and nice. If you are in the market for a Cadillac this is the place to go.

Their service department is a scam. They took advantage of my dad because he doesn't speak good EnglishHe took his 2017 Escalade during covid time to replace his rear shocks under the factory warrantyA guy named Chris told him they're out of stock and he will call him as soon as they come in, he never called. My dad kept calling and Chris kept saying it's out of stock, until the car factory warranty expired. My dad called recently , they told him Chris doesn't work there anymore and there's no warranty claimA week later they call him and ask him to bring it in, they made him drive 40 miles and had him wait there 3 hours for them to say "yea it needs replacement and it costs $1000"They claimed they will call GM, now they don't even respond back to us anymore. What a fc**** joke. Bunch of scammers that played a 60 years old man that didn't speak English.

We all need to make money. Here's the issue; when I want a car inspected it should not cost a days pay. There are shop hours and costs, but how does it cost that much? Being a large organization explain the benefit of the cost (salesmanship), no one likes, "Beat it piker." Thanks

Service rep. was good and the oil change went smoothly. Seems mask requirements are optional here, too many employees walking around without masks, transport truck drivers not wearing masks hanging around in the employee lounge, technicians eating and drinking in the lounge not wearing masks. The few customers waiting were all probably in their 70's...all with masks and commenting about the lax safety measures. Place is a dump as well, missing and water stained ceiling tiles, buckets catching dripping water. Not a new issue, it was this way several months ago. I'm done here and will go to Heritage in Lombard - where I bought my Caddy...
