I recently had an incredible experience at Casey's General Store in Naperville, and I can't help but rave about it! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the store was. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in providing a welcoming and spotless environment for their customers.But what truly made my visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service I received from Param. Param went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless and enjoyable experience. Their friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any questions or requests I had were truly remarkable. It's not every day that you encounter such exceptional customer service, and Param's dedication to ensuring my satisfaction left a lasting impression.I left Casey's General Store in Naperville with a smile on my face, not only because of the clean and inviting atmosphere but also because of the outstanding service provided by Param. Don't waste your time and money with this place. They don't maintain their equipment or car wash. And don't even bother to tell you it's not working so you have to drive all the way up the Carwash lane to find out and you have to back out. Squeegees are broken, trash overflows and receipts often don't print.Too many other, better places nearby.

Rude and Unprofessional. During my first (and last) visit to this store the attendant looked at me for a full minute before deciding to acknowledge my presence. Then he said, "Yeah?" As if I was bothering him. Even at a gas station, the basic level of service to greet a customer should be "Hi" or "How can I help you?" For gas at $5.65/gallon, they need to step it up a couple of notches. There are too many other gas stations that know how to treat people decently. I'm not going back there. I won't pay anyone to be rude to me.

The way they show the gas price on the sign was somewhat misleading. It had $3.95, $4.06. Thought it was getting $3.95/gallon for regular unleaded, as it turns out, you must get a car wash also, or else, $4.06 was the price. Felt mislead a bit. On the sign, there was a word "synergy", it's one of Mobile gas product name. It was confusing nor relevant to buying a gas. When we fill up the gas, we select from 87, 89, and 91, we got whatever in the pump, so the product name isn't important or make a difference in purchasing decision, a redundant info. Because the way this gas station shows and present its gas price was confusing and misleading, it's unlikely I will use this place again.
