terrible. stopped into buy a few things and owner(old foreign pos) refused to bag my items. I'm older and he discriminatEd against me. I'll be contacting the head of local franchise and file a formal complaint. don't need people like this in our community.

I was pumping gas Wednesday, when the gas Hose started spraying gas all over me and my car. Looked like the hose was ducked taped together- Violation of all safety laws and regulations- the worker didn't even know how to turn off the gas right away.I was not given any assistance- no medical treatment of rise/They DID nothing. Now the owner won't even call me to discuss the safety issues or damages. They should have been ticketed. STAY CLEAR of this place.I have called three times asking the owner to contact me with ZERO response.I didn't even get a refund for the gallons of gas that showered me

The man working was so rude. The pump was broken, there was confusion on my end and on his, and it was taking awhile (maybe 10 mins total) to get the transaction done and the gas pumped. I accidentally dropped the gas pump as I was finishing. He then walked out and yelled at me for taking too long, and said next time I take too long, he'll charge me $100. I needed to "keep it short." Or maybe he was talking about me dropping the pump. I don't know, but I certainly didn't want to spend 10 minutes at the gas station dealing with a broken pump, nor did I want to drop the pump. What I wanted was to get gas quickly and leave. The rude comment was not needed. I will not be returning.

Best gas station in Naperville area GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . Staff is good and helpful Gas prices were the cheapest in the town . Quick stop for drinks and lottery . Carlton of cigarettes were cheapest here . Great store in area. Recommend this gas station for everyone

I went here for air for my tires. It's freezing out. The air machine did not work properly.I went in to request my 2.00 back which they just recently raised the price...The guy behind counter said I would have to write in to get my 2.00 back...You've got to be kidding. They lost a customer.

Would give it no stars if possible!! Went to gas station to buy cigarettes and gave the cashier who is supposedly the OWNER/MANAGER a hundred dollar bill. He counts my change in front of me and sets it on the counter, I grab my change and walk out.As im getting in my car I recount my money to make sure it was the right change.. end up being 20 dollars short from my change not in my car or on the floor, walk inside and tell the guy I didn't get correct change and instantly gets defensive instead of being the OWNER and knowing customer service and helping me he insists that im trying to get an extra 20 from him. ON TOP of that he comes out the door giving an attitude and me being the person I came back with the same exact attitude.. LONG STORY SHORT I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THE A RIP OFF GAS STATION CHARGING MORE THEN OTHERS

First time coming here. Needed to grab some munchies. Pretty convenient that there's a Dunkin Donuts here as well. Gas station and the convenient store portion are small. There are bathrooms at least. Plenty of gas pumps. Prices are expensive. Easy access heading north on Route 59 & west on Hassert / 111th.

Always has ignorant people working behind the counter, I deliver pizza's for a place right near by so I have to stop in a lot and I would say about 90% if the time the workers are ignorant and rude with not saying hello or anything and looking at you like they are disgusted with you unless you are middle eastern at least from my personal experiences anyways. I try to not give this place any business whenever I can have the choice. Avoid going here if you enjoy giving good people your money.
