I went in looking for a specific color of Ruffle Butts leggings. I had researched and found they did carry the Ruffle Butts brand. I found the display but it was pretty limited. I guess you have to know someone to know when new stock arrives because there were only selected sizes of most of the items. If it was the size you were looking for, then you hit the jackpot, otherwise, I guess I will just have to plan to visit often to try and catch something new and cute. The woman who helped me was very nice and we did find a piece that had the pattern that I was trying to match the color so, although they did not have the color I wanted, she did suggest an alternative that worked just fine. This store requires you to take your time and look. As I am becoming more familiar with children's clothing brands I discovered this store had some cute lines that I will need to keep an eye on.

We have gotten so many compliments on my son's clothes and accessories from this charming store. Pleasant, helpful staff and a great selection of quality items for both boys and girls. We hope to visit again soon.

Some cute stuff in this store - walked around for 5 minutes while the person on duty talked on the phone and didn't offer to help me at all. I can get most of this stuff off of Etsy, anyway.

I have shopped here multiple times for my daughter and never leave empty-handed. I almost always find what I am looking for (specific colored bows), but with enough advanced notice, their bowmaker is available for custom bows (you bring them the ribbon). Additionally, staff will communicate with you via text - sending photos of in stock items to see if they have what you're looking for - which is awesome since parking can be quite difficult! If I had to dock a star, it would be for parking - how about reserving a spot or two for your customers?

The entire store is soooo cute! I recently went in to purchase a baptism dress and my experience there was so great! They have everything from bows to adorable outfits. Will be back again for sure!

Being a 27 year old male, when it comes to baby shopping for expecting friends, I'll take all the help I can get haha. The staff was perfect and helped me grab a few things that my friends loved. They have a large selection of bows as well as great outfits for all genders. Love supporting small businesses and this will be my go-to shop for anything baby from here on out.

They could be more accommodating to their guests when explaining their return/exchange policy. As a new mom, I was gifted a onesie but it was immediately too small. After making a special trip out to the store hoping to exchange it (which was a feat in itself as a new working mom!), I was met with a curt "We don't accept anything back without a receipt" and no other offer of assistance, despite having the tag. I don't see myself ever returning here, for myself, or others.

I stopped in here to browse while bumming around downtown Naperville with my husband, Mom, and brother. We had just found out the week before that our baby is a boy, so the news had me excited to check out baby stuff! My brother's girlfriend had recommended Bows & Babes and I'm definitely glad we stopped in to check it out. Their selection of onesies, socks, bibs, accessories, and more is completely adorable. You can find everything from Chicago Cubs onesies, to "I love daddy" socks, and first birthday hats. They sell plush animals, pacifiers, breast feeding pillows, jewelry and more. Tons of cute stuff here! I kind of thought there were more options for girls than boys, but I guess with all the bows, tutus, and glitter it's hard not to get carried away. One of the coolest things I saw were the teething jewelry! This was my first time seeing anything like this (although I recently learned Target carries these too). Basically it's jewelry for Mom to wear that actually looks pretty fashionable, but also doubles as a convenient teething ring for your baby! Pretty cool. I definitely suggest stopping into Bows & Babes. Whether you're looking for something for your own baby or for a gift, they have plenty to offer. Some things I found to be a tad pricey, but for the unique items like the birthday hats and tutu dresses, it's worth it.

I don't have kids so I never have the need to come into places like this, but after brunch at Egg Harbor (in the same building) my dining companion asked if we could swing in, as she needed a gift for a new niece. This place is pretty small but C-R-A-M-M-E-D with kiddie clothes, hair bows, and even some cute stuffed animals. It cracked me up to see a brand of tights called Ruffle Butts. If you're looking for a gift for a small person or just want to doll up your own offspring, this place offers lots of options in downtown Naperville.
