Definitely profiled point took 40 minutes to cash their money order with no line. Ask for ID twice. Vanessa was my attendant she told me I should have went to another bank.

Terrible bank. They closed my account because it wasn't being used (this is my secondary bank). They didn't even send a notice by email or regular mail. Just closed it!. Ridiculous.

The staff is not knowledgeable and uncaring with the customers. They should be fired because they are unfit to work in the bank. They told my account is frozen but I lost 1000 dollars to fraud via zelle during their inability to freeze my account.Now I am in the process of filing dispute.
