I recently bought a car from this Volkswagen dealership and I wanted to recognize the amount of comfort I felt here due to the staff making everything easier to understand . The staff made buying a car a thousand times better than it would have been. I am a normal buyer at this location and those last experiences have been spectacular as well but this time was my best experience since the paperwork was done quickly and the salesperson, Hayley was a ton of help since she quickly brought out the paperwork and made everything easier. I just wanted to acknowledge the amount of respect I have received by both the people selling the car to me and the owner of the dealership. Overall, I was really satisfied with this visit.

Buying my new 2024 Atlas at Bill Jacobs was a breeze. Compared to many dealers they had all the variations of trim choices to assure I purchased the best option for me while easily comparing. Robert was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be back when it's time for the next one.

My Family and I have purchased multiple vehicles over the years from Bill Jacobs Volkswagen, simply because of the excellent customer service!!! They never seem to disappoint, they make car shopping a pleasant and stress free experience. I had the honor of working with Gerardo and Gleb this time around and they took such great care of us! I just bought a car from them, and even though the rates are high right now they got it done at a reasonable price.Ricardo was a great help and very attentive to my wife and I. I don’t usually write good reviews as you can tell from my previous reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one, as it was a great experience. Quick and easy. I recommend if you’re looking for a car to shop with Ricardo as he will answer any and all questions you might have and even some I didn’t think of. Thanks guys

I love this dealership. My mom and uncle both bought cars here for a long time and yesterday we came back to buy 2 more cars and the salesperson Hayley was the BEST Salesperson ever. She was sooooo helpful and made everything easier to understand about the car. I also want to acknowledge the respect and politeness she treated us with. By far the best salesperson working at this dealership.

We are proud to be the new owners of this Jeep! Drove 1.5hrs to Bill Jacob’s VW and we’re treated as you should be. Gerardo Martinez was great. He took us through an off road course on our test drive which was awesome! Everyone at the dealership was very polite. Was definitely worth the drive.

We own a Bill Jacobs Mini Cooper, 2013!!!Over the past 11 years, we have received fantastic service and the people there have been wonderful!We also own a 2010 VW Tiguan.Most recently our current Volkswagen dealership Of 17 years was not helpful in both service and need. They did not even know who we were. What a disappointment!And then we decided to go and check out Bill Jacobs Volkswagen.At first we went to service and met Taylor Gillen, our new SERVICE CONSULTANT. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and understood our frustrations with our service needs.Taylor took us through the whole process, helped us with a loaner, And got back with us the next day on the much needed repairs on our car.Because of the many needed repairs of this fourteen year old vehicle, we decided, with Taylor's help and guidance to get with a CAR SALES CONSULTANT to discuss the possibility of purchasing a new Volkswagen.There, we met Gerardo Martinez, our SALES CONSULTANT!From the very beginning, he made us feel so comfortable and allowed us to speak our needs and concerns.Later that day, Gerardo had us in a new VW Taos!!!He followed up with a very nice email asking us if everything was good and if there were any problems at all to give him a call.Because of these people, We have found a new home to take care of our new vehicle and we feel great about it!THANK YOU TAYLOR GILLEN, GERARDO MARTINEZ, and THE BILL JACOBS VW FAMILY for a very nice adventure!!!!!PS,,,,we still love our BILL JACOBS Mini Cooper!!!PSS,,,UPPER MANAGEMENT (including the very TOP) NEEDS TO COMMEND THESE FOLKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!Our best,Dave & Debbie

I appreciated the relaxed manner that the dealership had to looking at vehicles. When we first went to the dealership we were trying a variety of makes to see which ones fit us comfortably- both 6 ft plus but one has a long torso, the other long legs. Bill Jacobs and in particular, Gerardo, was respectful of this approach and did not pressure us or require info on the first visit. Subsequently we had several test drives and Gerardo and the dealership worked with me to fit the drives into my tight time constraint. Overall the entire process felt very stress free.

It was very expensive. In addition, I specifically noted that the tire pressure light was on and the tires needed to be looked at to make sure there was a leak. I was told the tire were looked and inspected, however, the same tire lost tire pressure and the tire pressure light went on again within 24 hours of picking up my vehicle. There was a nail in the tire that wasn't discovered the first time I brought the vehicle in. Then when I came back to have the tires looked at, they couldn't fit me in the fix the tire for 24 hours. That is unacceptable, especially given the fact that I just paid over $2700 for the service and inspections performed.Not only that, they had to send me to Enterprise for a loaner vehicle for my service, which was nice EXCEPT they did not pay the Enterprise rental invoice like they were supposed to and I was charged for the rental. This is entirely unacceptable and I would tell people to not use this dealer for any service related needs.

Very disappointing experience with Bill Jacobs VW's Service Team. I brought our 2022 Tiguan in with minor mirror damage on 6/24. Despite looking like it may be a relatively inexpensive fix (pictured), the service team determined the mirror needed to be replaced for $1,300. Not what I wanted to hear, but I understand parts can be expensive. I paid $814 for the parts to be ordered and was told I could drop my car off for the fix two days later.No one contacted me that week. I followed up on 7/7 and was told they were trying to get an updated ETA. More time goes by - I follow up, pretty frustrated at this point, on 8/4 and am finally told I can stop by the following week for the fix.At the dealership that day, I again pointed out that the mirror damage appeared minor and I didn't think the mirror cap needed to be replaced. The service manager agreed and offered to credit me $170 for those parts.Later that day, the car is fixed, and I go to pay. That service manager is gone for the day, and the cashiers have no notes to give me that discount. 30 minutes later, I end up paying the full amount, with them promising they would have service follow up on Monday. It's been another two weeks with no communication.2 months, $1,308 and 2 followup voicemails later, I've given up. I ultimately ended up paying even more than I was quoted for parts that weren't even used.

Went in trading in my lease, and thank to the help of my client advisor, Mo Khan, the experience was easy and fast. He was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was grateful he also tried his best to get me in and out as soon as possible. He took his time showing me different options as well. If you are leasing or financing, Mo was great help!

Gerardo was very helpful and not pushy at all. He took time with us and didn’t make us feel rushed into our decision even when they closed. It was a very easy and smooth transaction. I highly recommend.
