I recently purchased a 2024 Tiguan from Bill Jacobs. The specific car that I was going to test drive sold the night before my scheduled appointment. They reached out to me well before my appointment to make me aware. I kept my appointment and they were able to find me the perfect car and work with me in doing so. I worked with Selina and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She was an absolute joy! I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be going back here!

Great experience buying a car at Bill Jacobs VW. Shout out to Marc Bernard, who is beyond kind and polite. He was extremely helpful and thwarted all negative salesman stereotypes. Kudos to Chris Verhagen for also being quick, personable and helpful. Well done.
I would like to add that I had to go back for some questions on how my car operates, Robert Butts took lots of his time to explain all the technology and features...there I things I would have never known without his help.

I had a great experience working with Gerardo on leasing a Jetta. He was very knowledgeable, patient, respectful and a great sales guy to work with. He came in on his day off to complete the transaction and also spent time going over the features of the car. Highly recommend him as your sales guy at VW Naperville.

I had a smooth experience purchasing my brand-new 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan, but the service afterward has been extremely disappointing. After a routine oil change at the dealership, my vehicle started leaking oil. Despite multiple visits and complaints, the dealership refuses to acknowledge or fix the issue. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a problem that seems to stem from their service, and their lack of response is unacceptable. I regret choosing this dealership and would not recommend their service department to anyone.

I had a pleasant experience at this dealer. Robert and his manager were very cordial to work with. I had some issues with my credit union and their funding. They went out of their way to ensure I was able to leave with my vehicle same day.

I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership in 2021. While the purchase itself was a great experience all of my other interactions with service have been nothing but awful. I have only take the car there for oil changes and maintenance and every time I get it back something happens. Most recently I took my vehicle for an oil change on August 16, they kept my vehicle roughly 5 hours. Today, August 24 i check my vehicles oil to only see its completely dry. There is no oil in it. However, this is not the first time this has happened. The last service I had my coolant had been completely emptied, a sensor light started going off one day after being here for service. Greatly, disappointed in being charged $139 for an oil change to just have no oil in my car 8 days later.

I bought a 2018 VW Atlas and I'm very worried because I've had a lot of problems. And now the warranty is about to end because my car was a pre owned certified I don't know what to do. I have to sell it apparently to get rid of all these problems.

My original intention was just to take a look and maybe consider a VW model to change my Rav4. Once I saw the Tiguan in and out I became very interested, so interested that I made the switch. Gerardo Martinez, the sales advisor who took care of me as soon as I walked in the showroom was so friendly and profesional from beginning to end. He is a real asset to Bill Jacobs VW.

I have purchased two vehicles in the past from Bill Jacobs and had wonderful experiences both times, this time did not disappoint either. Gerardo my salesman was absolutely wonderful answered all my questions, made sure I was advised throughout the entire process and even spent almost an additional hour going over the technology of the car until I felt comfortable enough to be on my way. Everyone I encountered was just amazing and I cant say enough about my time spent there. Purchasing a car is a BIG purchase and I felt quite overwhelmed, but this team understood and made me feel so much better about my decision. Would highly recommend this dealership, A+++!!
