Got iPhone 11 screen replacement on June, screen was not in good quality, dropped once on Aug and it cracked , screen went dark no longer worked. I missed old iPhone’s original screen, even I dropped multiple times with case and still useable. Not recommended this place.

Wouldn't take batteries for recycling because it was inconvenient for them. Said they were moving at the end of the week, guess that means they no longer honor their policies.

Scott the manager was helpful with out any attempt to upsell unnecessary goods. He just fixed my phone & was super quick & helpful.

Life saver!Needed to replace a battery for our kid toy car on wheel, couldn’t find anything online or reasonable pricedEven amazon doesn’t carry it and the one vendor do not do two days shipping with amazon will be like 2+ weeksBut we cant wait any longerSo glad they have in stock here! Came here, the manager was on duty, helped me to locate the battery quicklyPaid, got me out the door in two min!So pleas with the product and how friendly of the place!The place do look empty….

Its an ok place. Picked up batteries i needed. Gentleman working there was speedy, but his attitude was short. Maybe he was having a bad day. Hope it gets better, my guy.

I called when I didn't have access to a computer. I asked if they had AA sized Nimh rechargeable batteries in stock. The individual (Mark) asked for a part number. I said I wanted a AA Nimh battery. He said to bring it in so he could get a part number. I asked for the manager, Mark said that he was the assistant manager. I told him that he should know this. He hung up on me.Very poor training, rude. That is a standard product available everywhere from hardware stores to home centers. A quick search when I got to a computer of AA Nimh shows exactly what I was looking for, two brands at Batteries Plus. Available dozens of places.I used to be a Batteries Plus franchisee. I knew what I was looking for. This was unacceptable.

DONT SUPPORT! I went in to get my screen fixed and he promised a time and price. Not only did it take a hour over promised ( would be fine if they were busy) but when I got it back my rear camera and flashlight were no longer working, I stated that before leaving and Mark told me he would fix it for free the following day verbally and in writing . I get a call 8am next day, saying his boss told him he can’t fix it as PROMISED and I can come in and pay for a new camera. Sound like a scam and more than that HORRIBLE business. I’d save your time and money.
