Barb Healy helped us to sell our son's house after he had died a few months earlier. She was very kind and supportive, which was helpful to us. She knew the local area and understood to whom the one story, two bedroom house would appeal. We needed to do some updating to the kitchen, but when we had it ready to put on the market, she and Alex wasted no time organizing an open house and advertising the house. She was available to assist us at each step, including helping us to know what to expect in the closing. We would definitely recommend her.

Barb was easy to work with. She came to our first meeting fully prepared and local comps for me to see. She was knowledgeable about selling and what sells. The process was smooth and stress free as was the real estate lawyer she referred. Communication was great and very responsive to my texts and emails. She guided me through the offer process and gave suggestions but didn't tell me what I should do or push me to make any decision.

Barb went above and beyond to help us find our first home. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect and what we were doing. Barb helped me find a townhouse in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. From the start to the finish Barb was very responsive and caring. She always accommodated my schedule. She had materials and information on hand for every property we visited. She made sure not to waste any of my valuable time. She only suggested properties that met my requirements, which included allowing pets and being in a certain price range. She was honest and upfront about everything. She put in my offers in a timely fashion and kept me updated on response from sellers promptly.
