Cannot rate a 0, forced to rate a 1. The customer service is ridiculous at this branch. The person is not listening to the customer at all and keeps on talking from her side. Without understanding the question, the person starts to speak and talks about something that is completely irrelevant.Do not recommend Bank Of America. There are a lot of other better banks out there.

Ever since “remodeling” (which really meant getting rid of most tellers), this location is ridiculously slow. There is usually one teller, maybe two and a bunch of other people standing around at the front desk.

This branch of Bank of America recently tried to steal $24,000 from a Naperville woman. They refused to offer any explanation for why they closed her account, denied that she even had an account and still refuse to explain their actions. Shenanigans like this are common in Third World countries like Greece and Hungary. In those countries, whose economies are in freefall, banks lack legitimacy. They engage in fraud and steal from their depositors at will. Institutional theft like this happening in America is proof that we are backsliding into Third World levels of corruption. I'm happy this woman got her money back, but beware. The worst is yet to come.

The service was amazing. I went over there to withdraw one dollar bills for the parking. The store manager was super helpful. I went on Saturday. She opened a new window for me to expedite the process while the other window was occupied with other customer.

Avoid them.For a business name change, without changing the entity type, without changing the ownership and without changing the whole business model - they said that they have to close my bank account and to open a new one. Not a professional guys at all. Right in their parking lot I've called the BofA hotline and they said that the branch manager isn't right and I don't have to close my account to change the name. So, avoid this place.

Worst customer service experience..!I would keep my money cash at home rather then using this location..!Switching to different bank..just because of this location…not able to find one single employee who can help..!Advice to BOA…close this branch or change staff..you are losing more customers then anything..!

I should have checked this location’s reviews before stepping in. Went in today to get a document notarize, the clerk went ahead and stamped the docs fully aware that his commission had expired a week back, but still went ahead with stamping. And when confronted, explanation that he was not aware. Really? this is work of a con.How is this bank even allowing their staff to notarize with expired stamp, this is pretty much illegal.Be careful, to reverify your documents at this location.
