The property manager I work with is Kevin. He is very efficient and reliable when something needs fixing it gets resolved the same day. I recommend this company for anyone who has Property that needs to be managed. His customer service skills are above and beyond.

Brett Kendrick hired my company to repair and refinish a shower base. We did the repair and refinished it. The base cracked again. Brett discovered that the base was not properly supported underneath. He blamed us for not knowing this and stopped payment on his charge. We only do refinishing of the surface. We do not inspect the underneath of a structure. I paid the technician for the work he did because he did what was contracted. I am out this money because Brett was dishonest.

This is a shout out to Cindy Kennedy out in West Dundee. It was an absolute terrible experience with these very unethical people. They condone or hide behind "verbal agreements" in which the seller/broker agree on an offer, write up a contract, then use you to their advantage. The seller had agreed on our offer, which was still high for this house, then the day we were about to send the earnest money, the Baird/Warner agent took another offer out of nowhere! Totally crushed us, especially my 4 year old daughter. Unethical practice that only cares about the commission and the money going in their pockets. As a Marine Corps veteran it was very disheartening, thought that people actually cared about other people, I was wrong. I know it's not every agent out there, but this company must do this daily to people. Almost had our dream home, but it was crushed by a greedy Baird/Warner employee, who is in this business for all the wrong reasons. What made it worse were the text messages she sent to my broker, detailing her greed and dishonesty about the contract and our offer. Completely unprofessional. She used us a ploy to get her seller more money, but more importantly, lied and went against her word. Please use a different company, thanks Cindy!

I will not be doing any business with Baird snd Warner. I had a bad experience . An agent overpriced my house for the market . I did not receive any offers within the first week so I agreed to lowering the price. I had some updates added to the property . I was pushed into accepting the first offer which came a day after the price was lowered. I was made to feel I had no other choices or options. In retrospect, I should have 1) lowered the price,2) announced upgrades had been added, 3) set a deadline for offers., 4) leave it on the market for at least another week. Baird and Warner did not keep the seller in the drivers seat during a sellers market , I was pushed out , so my agent could make a quick deal with a coworker in her office. I was made to feel awful about a home I had had professionally remodeled. I will never work with these people again. My interests , securing a good price for my home , selling to good people, were overlooked. The appraisal value is slightly below the original price and a good amount above the selling price. Baird and Warner if you do not make your sellers the winners in a sellers market you are failing miserably at what your business.
