We had an absolutely buzzing good time at Joseph Paul Salon! It was our first time going to a fancy salon, and we were feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. But as soon as we walked in, Aymee and her amazing team made us feel so welcomed and special. They treated us like royalty and made us feel like rock stars! They listened to what we wanted and turned our hair dreams into reality. We left feeling confident and beautiful, with hearts full of gratitude. i have been going to this salon for a couple years. spent a lot of money on color and extensions 6 weeks ago tiffany did my hair. the color was so good and the cut. i went back the other day. she was rude seemed upset i did t want to buy product. i asked for my hair to be lighter. she did a base and never came back to do foils. she ignored me and worked on another client. i asked the lady who shampoo about my foils but she did not speak english my hair is horrible dark. and tiffany is a little scary. i won't be back.

i asked for light hair. got dark hair. waited forever cuz the stylist was working with another customer. stupid stylist doesn’t know colors.

I had my hair done yesterday by a stylist named Sam. A highlight and extension install. She did AMAZING! seamless blend from my hair to my 20" extensions. She was precise with everything she did, and she is really fun to talk to. The salon was clean, calm, and good environment. I can tell this salon has a good team! highly recommend if you're looking for great quality products, well trained stylists, and a great atmosphere. I Will be returning

GM. I am not all happy with Paul joseph salon service at all. What type of highlights are done not even visible. Very bad . Your salon highlights fees are market price but don't even know to to do it. I will never come to your salon will never refer anyone. Waste of my money. Sorry to say hair stylists only talks but does know how to do highlights and color As per the customer.I don't recommend This salon.

I called them after 2 years to schedule an appointment to find out they cannot make an appointment for me. They refused to provide me the reason and said the owner would call me but I still haven't heard from them and it's been over 2 weeks. My last visit I provided feedback on my experience directly to them stating my dissatisfaction with my service. They never got back to me and I have no intention of returning to this place where they discriminate customers based on providing a negative review. However I have a right to know why I was denied service.

I went to the salon to get a full highlight and haircut. first of all I get there and the girl tells me she can't even do a full highlights or she needs to give me a partial after I communicated that prior to my appointment. I asked for golden highlights.!! I ended up getting over-processed ash highlights!! The haircut look like I got a mullet short in the front and super long in the back. I had to go somewhere else while I was travelling to get it cut.. my hair is so dry overprocess and it's been falling out. I've been in tears from this... please don't waste your time along with that they overcharge and have poor customer service.

Horrible costumer service. They charge money for rescheduling the appointment and later cancel on you just because they don't feel like performing the service. Won't ever be going back there again!

I have been going here for over a year to the same stylist. This last time she did the color and it looked great. When it came to the cut and we discussed face framing and a trim up of the layers. I have very long hair. Without asking she started thinning out my hair. I should have told her to stop as soon as I noticed the 8 inch long sections of hair on the floor, but she said i would get more volume and the hair that was cut would not be noticeable. I notice. I went from having beautiful full hair to hair that looks like I have an illness causing my hair to thin. It no longer goes in a bun nicely. I have so many uneven layers. It is so staticky and frizzy. It will take me years to grow my hair back out to where it was. I left a message with how upset I was with the cut. They had the young receptionist call me back. Couldn't even have a stylist call me. I will never come back here. I just don't know why someone would cut so much hair off without consent. She had been great up until then. They offered to look at my hair and have a stylist give recommendations. I declined. Unless they were going to put in extensions, there is nothing that can be done.

Another great experience with KASEY who always is true professional and is very knowledgeable and cares about how you are feeling when your haircut, color, or just a blowout is complete. Kasey provides the 360 degree experience from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave and her warm, sensitive personality always shines through as she gives her utmost personal attention to each of her clients. My daughter did not feel pretty after they messed up her highlights. My daughter informed the stylist and the stylist admitted guilt — see text message. My daughter is a licensed cosmologist and her her is natural.
Paul is creating his own story so his salon doesn’t t look as bad. They charge a hefty fee and they were not honest that my daughter may need multiple services costing multiple feels. Where do I start …My daughter went there to get highlights and what she received was different shades of orange highlights. The stylist admitted fault. You would think that they would offer to fix it but instead they said they could fix it for additional cost. What they did was added a temporary solution by putting a toner on. With the toner, it darkened her hair and you can barely see any highlights. Plus the hair looks / overly processed. The coat was over $200. I my daughter was Tom’s rhat the owner Paul would look over her hair and be present while the stylist toned her hair. The owner didn’t approach her and ask her about her service. He should have approached her and talked to her but he didn’t. An owner who cares about customer satisfaction and his business would have consulted with his dissatisfied customer, but he did not. It appears based on his actions, he is about dollar signs. He chose to not make a customer happy and instead say she would need more appointments which would cost more money to fix her hair.

If you are looking for a stylist who listens to you and is great at her craft, see Georgina at Paul Joseph Salon. She is consistently good. I see her for color, highlights and cuts and have never been disappointed. You won't be either. Plus she's just a great person.

Had an okay experience at best. Went in for a blow dry/style and brought my teen daughter in for the same service. They couldn't get us in together, which was totally fine. The receptionists weren't particularly helpful (it was our first time there but they didn't offer to hang up our coats or show us where to hang them, didn't explain where the waiting area was). My daughter went first and had a good experience, which was great. My stylist was running late so someone else shampooed my hair; I was surprised they didn't offer any of the relaxation techniques that Aveda salons usually offer (scalp or hand massage etc). My stylist spent most of her time complaining about customers who cancel ("when we don't work, we don't eat.") or telling me my hair didn't "feel" like Aveda hair, which made no sense. My blowout was marginal, at best. Waste of time and money. I don't recommend. There are better salons out there.
