Today I stopped by the Naperville store on North Aurora Avenue for help with my car battery. Ricky promptly tested the battery and, after finding it defective, determined which battery matched Toyota's recommendation and quickly installed it for me. He was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. His service was great and recommend that you use him to meet your auto part needs.

Had gone in to AutoZone 3190 store Naperville,IL was helped as soon as I walked in Gary the manager gathered up wipers and filters that I needed for my car installed them the one's he didn't have he picked them up for me at a near by location wow now thats outstanding service your customer for ever George Hardwidge .

I came to buy replacement wiper blades for my 16 y.o. car. Gary saw me paging through the parts book and approached me with an offer to help. He looked up my car on the computer and found the correct blades for me. Then he told me about an offer that ended up lowering my total bill in addition to getting me a jug of washer fluid! AND THEN, he came outside with me, and in an instant, he had popped the old blades off and the new blades in! It's nice to know I can go to AutoZone for quality service & parts at a fair price. Thanks!

Got a bulb for my headlight and they were kind enough to help show me how to replace the old ones. I had returned my purchase at a different parts store because they wouldn't help me. Will definitely shop here again.

Ray went beyond expectations, explaining all the different options for my problem a/c issues, even walking out to my car and showing/helping me fix the issue. Saved me a ton of money!Highly recommend!
