My husband and I just had the most outstanding customer service from Tevin! AT&T is lucky to have this gentleman as an employee. He is an expert in his field, professional and took outstanding care of the 3 customers he was serving at the same time. I will not go anywhere else in the future.

I had a terrible experience in this store on March 9. I went in to buy a prepaid SIM card and a phone. A technician who seemed pretty unexperienced and careless charged me $130 for what was advertised to be 70ish+tax in store (prepaid phone). It took her close to 90 minutes to set it up and none of other technicians seemed to dare to help. I was quite dissatisfied and angry at the end and when I was walking out, the technician told me to ignore the feedback survey if I receive one!!!

Came in for some basic device maintenance and questions about eSim, Kyle was super helpful and informative. He really knows his stuff! Great at&t location, quick service.

My family and I had an exceptional experience over several days with Adrian. His customer service and attentiveness were extraordinary. He knew how to connect with us on a personal level, he addressed our concerns with very creative problem solving, and he was fully committed to provide exactly what we needed even taking him well past closing hour. I have been an AT&T customer for 31 years, and I can say Adrian has been one of the best and most effective employees with whom I've interfaced.

Adrian and Kyle resolved my concerns after I attempted to alter my plan over the phone/online. I also added a device-there was a glitch but they resolved it and ensured I was able to save money on our plan. Adrian was not even working a shift but was in the store to get something. He took time out of his day to stop everything and get involved. We were truly impressed as it is hard to find that type of commitment from someone who is on the clock at some workplaces much less passing through. I will be addressing any future issues with staff at this location from now on. They were great!

My family and I went to AT&T by the Showplace in Naperville. We were attended by Adrian. He has been by far one of the best sales reps/manager we have ever had. He was super friendly, kind, and patient. He answered each and every one of our questions with so much grace. Adrian thank you for being so amazing and funny. We will definitely be returning to that location for any of our upgrades/purchases.

Sales Rep Adrian at AT&T at the show place was so professional, made me feel like Family. Made our 2 hours phone transfer feel like minutes pass by. And Was very knowledgeable in the entire processWe had so much fun. We would definitely come back to this store.Mined you we live in Plainfield and we have a AT&T 10 minute from home. And we will follow Adrian to where ever store he is at.Thanks Adrian for being such an awesome person ?

Adrian was fantastic to work with. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not once made me feel pressured to make any decisions, spend extra or feel any discomfort. I asked many questions and he patiently and very eagerly answered them. Adrian truly is an asset to the AT&T store on Naperville. I will definitely be returning there for the future and definitely be recommending my friends and family see him also. Thank you so much Adrian.

Our family recently switched wireless carriers for five lines and it was all attributed to the excellent and personalized customer service received from our sales rep - Adrian when we randomly stopped by the AT&T Store in Naperville to inquire about new phones. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience from start to finish went smoothly and without any high pressure sales pitch. We even had some issues with setting up our new phones and Adrian took care of us once again several days after the initial sale without any hesitation. We highly recommend working with Adrian at the AT&T Store in Naperville as you will be nicely surprised with his extreme patience and level of attention to detail, level of knowledge and service delivery.

Terrible terrible terrible. They told me to change my plan to save and it cost me over $100 more. I traded in 2 old phones towards my 2 new phones and they did not link those trade ins so I am now being charged full price for the new phones. They also added a bunch of extras that I did not agree to. Worst experience ever. Scam artists at their finest.

I would rather wait on the phone for an hour than ask the people at this store for anything. I went here to switch to AT&T and have regretted it ever since. They are an authorized reseller only, not a corporate store so apparently only have limited abilities.Some the things they did wrong: Entered the wrong email address for my account and apparently they can’t update it for 30 days so I didn’t get any emails with my order receipt or being able to qualify for my employer discount. Signed up one of my lines for the most expensive plan, even though I asked for the basic plan for both lines. Also added insurance on both lines without asking me. Their printer was broken so couldn’t give me a hard copy of the receipt either. Kept telling me to come when manager is there but couldn’t tell me when the manager would be there. Told me they’d give me $800 for a trade in to match what VZ and T-Mo are offering and give me a free accessory but couldn’t do any of that. Would not go here again.Update: I sent an e-mail to the prioritycustomer address and haven't received a response in 10 days. The horrible service experience continues.

This may be a long review but it something needs to be said. I have worked with Adrian and Antonio for the last month trying to set up new service, transferring my information over, just overall a GREAT experience. These two gentlemen have been great to my wife and I and more importantly they have been patient with us. Both of these men have been very thorough with everything. Explaining the bill, credits and how to work my device. I will also admit that some of the other customers aren't willing to wait for great customer service. Maybe I have a biased opinion of these men but I assure you these are great employees. Thank you gentlemen for everything!
