Best physical therapy experience. Susan is a very knowledgeable physical therapist and Jayden her assistant, was also great.
They were Kind, professional, and always made me feel welcomed.
I had a terrible car accident and was in a bad shape. But with Susan’s expertise, I was able to recover quicker than expected!

I recently was in a car accident and came to ATI Physical Therapy for my treatment. Sue, Alexa, Alicia, and others were so helpful and really helped improve my condition. They went out of their way to help me with everything related to the accident and more. I would highly recommend anyone to visit this location if you are suffering from an injury. Thanks for all you've done!

Me and my daughter have been going here for quite a while and had a wonderful experience. My daughter had an ankle injury and required a lot of physical therapy. We both really enjoyed ATI and the therapists, primarily my daughter saw Sue. My daughter is 14 and I felt comfortable with her going there by herself after school. All and all A+ experience.

Susan and Lou were able not only to meet but also exceed my outcome expectations. Their professional instruction combined with explaining each exercise and what we were working on really helped my understanding of the injury . Alexis is awesome as well ! Thanks to all of their hard work I do not need surgery and I can return to my normal activities pain free.

The staff at this facility worked hard for me and with me. Sue and Lou spent time to focus on me and the exercises I needed to help me overcome the problems I was having. Sue worked hard for me. Her work and efforts are what helped me get my mobility back and sharply decrease the pain I was experiencing. Sue spent quality time with me to develop a work out and exercise plan that got me to be flexible and resume a health lifestyle in relation to my injury. Sue helped me to understand that I needed to do the work outside of the therapy gym, to move forward and heal. She was also willing to ask other Therapists to work with me when I needed a new exercise to move me along.I was in rough shape in December when I started with Sue and ATI. Sue got me to a healthy and secure position when I finished in March.

Great staff at ATI/Naperville. Very friendly, professional, experienced & helpful. Depending on your injury, they will guide you through a series of exercises to strengthen you weaknesses.
I am very happy with my P/T & will return when I need it.

This ATI location is the best PT clinic in my experience, having been to two other clinics before. Sue is the most knowledgeable, caring, diligent and patient therapist. She was very thorough with evaluating me initially and following up on my progress multiple times over the course of my treatment. I felt very well taken care of by her, which is not always the case with medical care. Everyone at the clinic (Alexa and Alexa) that I had the opportunity to work with are wonderful, friendly and kind. I highly recommend them!

I have had an great experience with this ATI location. Sue and Alexa are really good. They are caring and so helpful. If you need to have physical therapy I would recommend this ATI location.
