I had an excellent recovery for my hamstring tear with my PT, Kristin, at this Athletico. She was very good at tracking my progress, relieving pain, and giving me a detailed recovery plan for me to work out at home. Now I am finished with plenty of workouts and stretches to continue my strength training and injury prevention.
