Overall it was fine. One complaint I have is I was expected to pay the full amount even though my couch will not be delivered for 4 weeks. I was expecting to pay 25% down and the balance upon delivery had that been the case I would have give 5 stars

Malika helped us in store and she was incredibly kind and helpful. She made our experience shopping at Ashley an enjoyable one. We got an incredible deal on a living room set. They always have great deals and sales going on.

Coran was extremely helpful and kind. We were not pressured and felt very confident in our purchase.
Edited to add, be prepared to wait forever and receive no valid updates. Trying to get ahold of any live agent with Ashley is impossible. Better off cancelling the rest of my order than wait for this to continue to be delayed, going on close to 2 months delayed now. Removed 2 stars for that, people in store are friendly but be prepared to wait.

I’m pleased with my visit to Ashley. I went to price an item and walked away with an approval for account. Never intended to but I was blessed. The service was amazing. This is my second purchase and the service was impeccable.

My initial experience was not good. The manager, I'm assuming ( she had a long white coat) was not so kind. She never greeted me and when she noticed I may need help, she asked which door I entered and made a point to make an excuse why no one greeted me. She said the entrance I came through was for employees only. However, there are no signs or locking doors for any patron to be told otherwise.
Now after that poor encounter, I was pleasantly greeted by Melissa. Melissa was very friendly, kind, and helpful. She helped me choose a nice piece of furniture. I wasn't able to decide at first, but I came back on a Sunday and Melissa was there to help me. She remembered my name and the piece of furniture I was interested in. Melissa made up for the very rude manager who could take a few pointers from Melissa in customer service.
