Kids are not allowed in hot tub, no two person on water slide, you cannot go down with your child if he is afraid.

Great value. Great service and amendment. Great community. We moved to Ashbury free months ago, and so far we are very happy. Nice neighborhood, and community. Highly recommend, especially for families with children.

Always a beautiful well kept facility!. Great for parties, nice features - fireplace, large screen tv, pool hot tub, water slide, zero depth area.Sand volleyball, nice cave area, waterfall.
