Agatha is extremely knowledgeable and patient in trying to understand the vision of the customer, while also strategizing on best way to do something. I’ve had two fantastic experiences here that were not straight forward. Highly recommend if you want something done right!

Agatha did an incredible job restoring and preserving my grandmother's cross-stitches. Over 30+ years, they had gotten damaged from dust and sunlight exposure. She helped us carefully remove them from their frames, advised us on how to clean them, helped us select new frames and mats (she has a wide selection of samples in store) and then remounted and framed them in a timely and meticulous manner. We enjoyed our time working with her and felt comfortable entrusting her with our family heirlooms because of her expertise and great customer service. Will definitely be back!

We feel so lucky to have found Agatha at Art & Frame by referral from another local business. We're having some important handmade family keepsakes framed. We stopped in to get information and ended up leaving our items there with the entire order completed -- and total trust in her ability to care for our things as if they were her own. From the moment we walked into her shop, the experience was everything it should be -- attentive, can-do attitude, friendly, and so many wonderful options. Just had an old photo restoration done at this place. Everyone involved in the process was amazing from when I dropped it off and picked it up! The photo which I thought was going to be impossible, came out looking brand new! I will definitely be coming back here for photo restorations in the future!

We recently found a few decorative tiles that we bought years ago. We took them to Art & Frame for help with mounting them in frames so we could hang them on the wall. The owner spent a lot of time with us and helped us a lot as we tried this frame and then that frame until we found the 'right one'. When we picked up the framed tiles we were very happy with the look of the tiles in the frames and the quality of work. We are very happy with the work done for us!

I had an original painting that my brother-in-law painted that I had it framed after his passing. I was able to bring it to Art and Frame in Naperville and they did a great job for a big size painting. She had a wide selection of frames and she helped me decide on which frame is suited for the size and still be able to stay within budget. The customer service was great. They also had my painting solidly packed and I was able to bring it home without damage.

The owner was extremely knowledgeable and took plenty of time helping me pick the frame, glass, etc. Every step of the way, she was very conscientious of my budget and never tried to up sell. Her work is impeccable! I while heartedly recommend her for any framing needs and look forward to working with her in the future.

I wanted to get some prints framed for my husband's home office so the wall behind him in video calls wasn't so bare. Finding a mat color that would compliment both was tricky and time consuming, but Agatha has excellent taste and was patient to find the right one. With COVID-19 restrictions in place, she couldn't get the mat delivered, so she drove to Schaumberg to pick it up! She also helped me find a cost-effective frame and did a beautiful job completing the project. Thank you!
