Shop online! The customer service is non-existent. I have a lot of retail experience and have been a manager before, customer service is everything and a simple “Hi” or “hello” would suffice. I don’t know how a store is being run without basic manners and customer service. The other reviews speak volumes as well!

My wife had just spent over $500 at the Oak Brook and Woodfield locations combined in the last few days. We stopped at the Naperville store this evening. As we entered, an employee mentioned they were closing in five minutes. With a minute past seven, my wife with a few garments in hand, heard some snide comment near us (done intentionally) that they hoped to start shutting down the store but were being delayed. At that moment, my wife dropped the garments, and we walked out at 7:02pm.

So disappointed in Anthro Naperville today. We've been long time shoppers, both of my daughters and myself. My daughter bought a pair of pants that she decided to return 9 days after the very short 30 day return policy that were new (still selling in store and online) and they almost didn't return them. They were really rude and it was like we were asking for a return on something they no longer carried. When someone comes in with a loyalty number, purchases regularly, and has something in their had to purchase for $100 bucks, you'd think they'd be like, sure. May be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I love anthropology the clothes are casual to dressy and good quality. I am not disappointed and if something I order doesn't fit I take it to the store to exchange it.

I would give a 5 star for the store itself and 0 stars for customer service therefore I gave 3 stars. If no one greets me or gives me any customer service I will not buy anything in that store. I think that the employees who are working at a retail store and probably making minimum wage should not assume who can and cannot afford to shop at the store. I agree with many of the reviews that sate the employees seem to ignore some customers and assist others. If you don't want to assist everyone maybe find another job. We, my adult daughter and I, did find several things we would have like to buy but like I said if I don't receive any customer service I am not spending my money. Hello owners and store managers many stores are going out of business so maybe customer service class is in order for your employees.

When I returned three clothes that I ordered online , a lady told me that were Final sale and not allowed. And quickly found the manager, and refused my return processing, I found order history that these clothes were not final sale, and they could be returned easily, so I went back again. This time, I communicated with another lady(In line, the 2 ladies ahead of me were returning items, and they went through the process with ease) the end result: she accepted my return process very easily!!I just want to write this experience, to remind other lady, Do not come to this store, other stores will give you a better experience!!Discrimination and prejudice are common at this store!this store the manager of this management stands by and encourages such bad behavior. This store will be blacklisted forever in my heart!!!!

My Mom, Sisters, & I have been long time Anthro shoppers. We have visited countless Anthros across the country. However, the Anthro in Naperville remains the best for one reason: the staff! Both managers are so kind and helpful. Every staff member goes above and beyond to help. It always feels like such a welcoming experience. They wrap your purchase so carefully- and are always down to call other stores to track down an item for you. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Everyone is very kind to me, but the 2 older women I believe are managers one has red hair and other dark long hair. They truly never greet me or acknowledge me. I am a curvy woman and they look at me feel like they dont feel like I don't belong at the store.It ruins my experience everytime.

Expensive store but I enjoy buying gifts there. I am too old for the clothing unfortunately. Another reason I shop there- my 2 dogs (23 lbs. combined weight) are allowed in the store and I tend to shop in stores which allow dogs. The staff are welcoming too and always offer to help.
