This place is unorganized and management is hostile. Darren was rude, gaslighting, and unwilling to help. After asking for further supervisor contact information, he got severely defensive and hung up on the phone. After years of purchasing from
this store, he has lost mine and my family’s business.

American Mattress was the 3rd place we stopped to shop. We liked the idea of it being family owned and a sale was in progress. Our salesman was personable, and very helpful. We got a great deal on a twin mattress for our guestroom daybed.
Needing our own queen mattress replaced soon, there's no hesitation to return to American Mattress.

A family business that really does treat you like family! We had done our homework before going out to look at mattresses. Shane listened to us attentively then shared more information. Then he stepped back to let us consider. He was helpful. Informative, and kind. No pressure. He gave us a great deal and we are looking forward to our new mattress with free "foundation" on Monday. So happy to do business at American Mattress! Thanks!

Shane made it an absolute breeze to find our son’s new mattress. He was very knowledgeable about the subtle differences between the brands we were looking at and gave us helpful tips as to what our son might be looking for now as well as in the future. Highly recommend American Mattress and will definitely be back when we are due for another mattress.

Shayne helped us select and purchase our bed and if I could give him 6 stars I would. He did everything in his power to help us when there was an issue with our beds delivery from the manufacture. It was really out of his hands but he did everything he could to try to remedy the situation before and after delivery. Even though I know American Mattress is a big company, he made me feel like I bought from a Mom and Pop store since he was so hands on with the customer service. If I ever need another bed, this will be the first place I go and Shayne will be the salesperson I will be looking for.
