Melissa is by far the most talented and skilled lash tech (coming from a fellow cosmetologist and lash technician). She’s kind, professional, and never lets you leave out of your appointment without making sure every lash is in place. She’s quick but never makes the experience feel rushed. I’ve never left less than 1000% happy with my lashes after a refill with her. I can lay down, relax, and trust that Melissa will slay my lashes every single time. If you haven’t booked with her yet, you are missing out!!!

The best stylist in the Midwest goes to Melissa D!!! I have been going to her for years and will follow her anywhere. She is an artist who gives you the look you are after, is particular and an expert in her placement of your lashes and creates the most beautiful work. She is loyal, hardworking and the sweetest woman who I only entrust my lashes to. You will NOT be disappointed but you will be if you don’t book with her because her schedule fills so fast that booking out future appointments is the only guarantee to get her expert care!

This studio did the standing bait and switch do not go here. I went was told one price over the phone and was told another upon leaving at check out. All the lashes fell out over the next 48 hours and when I called for my money back I was offered an adjustment a week later!!. I showed up for my adjustment only to be told i wasnt scheduled for one and they would have to reschedule me even though i had a confirmed text of date and time. I asked for my money back since i drove 35 minutes to get there and there and my lash tech was gone. I was then told i was ridiculous for being upset and what i should do is go to the back and get some lashes put on by someone who needed to leave in the next 30 minutes and that was the best i was going to get cuz I wasnt getting my money back. So im just supposed to pay 200.00 and take whatever you want to give me, the first set wasnt right the appointment was wrong but stop being difficult. Got it. So rude, so unprofessional, absolutely unethical in their practices with no disclosure about the lashes costing more in the end. She refused to stand behind their product and then went on to confront me about asking for her name and the name of the corp offices person. Probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced.

My lashes came out with the extensions. They are now short and thin compared to how they were before I got them done. My lash extensions were also cut while there which I was told that’s not normal to do as I believe my natural lashes were also cut. Wouldn’t recommend, just get strip lashes.

I got a full set yesterday and I woke up the next day and they were all off. I called the place and they told me to come in the next day to get a full set. I drive all the way there just for them to tell me that we can't do a full set because we don't have enough time. I ask for my money back and they said they won't give give me my money back until I get a phone call. Never again going there.

Ok since we talking lashes Im giving my review about my ENTIRE experience from start to finish. I will be touching On customer service , lash placement and lash retention. I’m also commenting on their Highland IN and Naperville IL locations. I been fooling with ALS for about 8 months now. When I first went there I knew NOTHING about lashes or make up. I’m coming in totally ignorant on the matter. The script they use to describe their lash styles is hella confusing….. like what’s wrong with small, medium, large. Natural or HD……. I think they make their choices confusing so you just waste money trying to find what fits you best. This is THE MOST expensive trial And error I have been through. So I prefer a natural look. they kept putting these long lashes on me. So my second full set ( round $300 later) I had to really demand that they put smaller lashes on me. I ALWAYS have a problem with RETENTION. The free touch ups NEVER bring it back to a full set. So basically you will enjoy a real full Set for about 2-5 days for about $90-140 . I asked about the type of glue they use. I was told by one tech that they only have one kind of glue. I was told by another tech that some techs use their own personal Glues. I was RECENTLY told by yet another tech that they do have a stronger glue with a pink top. So ladies, ask for PLATINUM GLUE if you have a problem with retention. Mind you these are three separate occasions with a paid service. Did I mention how EXPENSIVE the process is to find the right tech to do the right job? No exaggeration I’m sure I’ve given them a little under 2k and I am just now figuring out who does good lashes that LAST . Danielle and Tierra at Naperville IL actually care about their clients and work hard so you will be happy. Allie in Highland IN is also very very good.The customer service is sub par. When you complain they do try to help you but you NEVER really get your money’s worth.So why have I stayed so long?1-I’m a truck driver and I appreciate their multiple locations no matter where I am2- there are good Lash techs that work there there you just gonna have to spend about 2k to find the one you like. LBS3- Soon as I find a better lash tech IM GONE BABYYYYSo in conclusion, they are wayyyyyy way way wayyyyy too expensive to get good quality lashes that last. Hopefully my referral saves you time and money

I have been a customer for five months, and every time I book an appointment with Jasmine, she is wonderful and the eyelashes stay for more than four weeks, as if they are new. The last time, I booked with another person because Jasmine was on vacation, and I paid more than $235 each time. After four days, the eyelashes began to fall out, and the view became annoying and not beautiful.

I had a great experience with master stylist Briana for a lash lift today! She is so friendly and a true professional, knowing exactly how to give me a dramatic yet natural looking lift for my lashes. I would definitely come back here and request Briana again!

I received a full set of lashes today from Teairra and she is THE BEST! This is my second time booking with her and the first time my lashes lasted for 3-4 weeks! I decided to sign up for their membership again just to book with her. She is greatly attentive and quick at what she does. I love her overall vibe and professionalism.
