We had a dreadful experience. The initial person who coordinated the move communicated very poorly. The delivery was late. Muchová things, including lamp file cabinet chairs were damaged. Not good.

Naperville Allied helped me make my -country move go faster and without incident. The driver and movers) were organized and worked efficiently, tirelessly and cheerfully when loading. The movers at arrival also worked efficiently to unload and place items in house. They were professional and everyone was courteous and respectful.

Reebie-Allied moving did a FANTASTIC job with our move. Not only did they come walk through our home to take inventory to craft an accurate quote, but they didn’t have hidden fees or add on costs outside of their quote and their quote was the most reasonable one of the three I got. The day before moving day, they came and packed up all our stuff with such detail and care, carefully listing each box with its contents. And then on moving day another crew came and loaded up the truck. The same crew came and unloaded the truck at our new home 5 hours away. Both teams were wonderful!! They worked quickly, and with great care for our stuff. I’d recommend them over and over again! Couldn’t have been happier with how seamless and professional the entire process was!

Packing wasnt labeled great so delivery was slower than necessary. Delivery also ran out of hours and we had to push them to finish.

Great move handled by Allied/Reebie. A lot of delicate high value items and the contents of our Chicago home were going to three different locations. Everything was managed perfectly and ended up in the right spot. The crew were extremely polite, friendly and took great care. Would certainly use Allied/Reebie again !

The moving crew was amazing! They packed furniture with great care and efficiency! 3 of the 5 workers came to Virginia from Chicago to unpack the shipment. They put everything back together correctly and moved everything to where we wanted it. A VERY professional moving company that was worth every dollar it cost! I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Well judging by the other reviews I guess I dodged a bullet here. I called the call center and reserved my appointment for a quote for a Friday. All is good except I receive a call the next day saying “oh they can’t accommodate my Friday appointment they will need to book me for the following Wednesday.” I was annoyed because it wasted more time and I need to get my movers booked but I went with it. Wednesday comes, I get a call 2 hours prior to my appointment to tell me that they are not able to move us after all. He goes on to say they don’t have a location in Minnesota. You didn’t know you didn’t have a Minnesota location when I called you over a week ago? He goes on to say we can try another company in the suburbs of Chicago..I hung up. So completely frustrating. Not only did they cancel my first appointment and booked me further out, they then they called me two hours prior and cancel the whole thing all together. Just stay far away from this company it doesn’t look like they know what they are doing. It’s a lot of money to move out of state to trust it with somebody that can’t even book a simple appointment.
