Nice Aldi...but post covid, it hasn't been the Aldi that I loved so much. They use to have a delicious fresh bakery that is no more...so I end up going to Jewel across the street and while I am at Jewel, end up just shopping for other groceries there as well.
Another thing that Aldi use to do. If your line was deeper than 3, they immediately called from additional help and got people checked out faster...not so any more. Find myself in lines 6-10 people deep, and taking over 10 mins to pay. And finally, the store use to be very clean & organized...not the case anymore

This Aldi didn’t have a lot of “other” brand items when I went like most. The store was clean and shelves stocked.

Cashier Marie was very rude and rolled her eyes and kept sighing since we had groceries in a box. She loudly told everyone behind us to take their groceries out of the box and seemed overall very unhappy. She made it a very uncomfortable experience to be there.

When I was in Naperville last week, I went inside this Aldi Store & I was so in awe with the aesthetic of it & the products that they sold at this location. This Aldi's also has great produce, they sell a wide selection of wine, & they sell a lot of high quality food, too! Well done, Naperville Aldi! ??❤️?

We keep stopping at any Aldi we find in our way as we always look for the same European/UK sweets/biscuits/cakes etc you find in these places. Well done Aldi.

This store is never stocked. Hire some more people, stock your store. It’s not that you are too busy …. It’s that you are under staffed. . Go north or south to the other stores on 59…. They are stocked with goods, customers and STAFF..this location has bare shelves no matter what time of the day it is. I am in walking distance and chose to go to the other 59 locations… BECAUSE THEY ARE STOCKED.THE 3 long time employees that work here barely speak. They seem miserable.

First of all, the employees of this store have always been pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I am fed up with the constant unavailability of items! I shop there at least twice a month. They often don't have even the basic needs. I went there today and they had NO half and half, NO heavy cream, NO flavored creamers, and NO large containers of plain yogurt. I've gone there in the past and find NO bagels, often there's no 1/2 gallons of milk, and the freezer section looks like a desert.Their excuse each time is that they order these items, but they're magically not shipped to them. I call BS because I can drive 5 miles to the store in Bolingbrook and they have everything!I tried to send a complaint to Aldi but the pictures I took of empty shelves are saved as jpeg on my phone and their submission form won't accept anything except a jpg extension. When I tried to fill out their form online, I typed the address of the store and where you would select the state, the only thing that comes up is foreign countries!I used to love my Aldi store, but this has just been the last straw!
