As a newly-single mom I am relearning and learning how to do a variety of home repairs and home improvement projects. There are many hardware stores in Naperville, but only Ace takes the time to understand the need and provide options. Not one big box store did that for me this summer. I will always go to Ace.

I ordered patio furniture. they did not deliver me . when I called them what time furniture is coming ,they said 12 to 3pm . but they did not show up. Again I called them they are so rude and they told me they can't deliver furniture this week they did not mention any reason. we had to cancel the order.

I simply walked in with 8 window screens for repair. After making it 5 feet in the door, a very grouchy woman barked at me to "not bring those screens in here! We're overloaded and we're not taking any more screens!" I used to enjoy spending my money at this store but after that treatment it'll be better spent elsewhere, like where the employees don't hate the customers. Zero stars if possible.

Rude staff both in person and on the phone!Took in a sliding patio screen for repair had taken over 8 weeks and I had to call and call and call to finally get it done.Store is well stocked and immaculate too bad it’s understaffed and NOT very customer friendly at all. Sad sad sad!

This place is the worst. Nothing ever in stock that you need, not to mention the lack of customer service. I never leave reviews, but when you give a place 5 tries and leave empty handed each time, it's time to let others know.
