I’ve been Woodforest several years, I opened my account with Jessica at the Murphysboro, IL branch. She is awesome helped me, open a business account as well, provides high level of professionalism, and also advises the advantages on banking. They have great employees such as Briez who has be tremendous with providing Woodforest service. I appreciate how they helped me grow my business needs and are there to protect against fraud as well. I have had many great experiences with the people that work at the Murphy branch but today experiences wasn't one of them to hear the person you spoke to on the phone not hanging up the phone and hearing them conversate with another employee about the call with you and you over and over telling them you hear them and them continue talking about you doesn't make someone feel very appropriate

Been with this bank for almost 2 years. Never had an issue, they are always so helpful. When I lost my debit card , the employee helped me to shut off the card.

The branch manager Jessica Bond was exceptionally nice and helpful!! She went above and beyond for me! Very happy I decided to stop by and open an account at this location. Not one of the best but THE ABSOLUTE BEST BANKING EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD!!! THANK YOU!!!

Most of the employees there give you an awful attitude. It used to be a nice little bank but now it's just all negative and they're rude. Tellers are not supposed to be rude... ever. I never even heard of a teller being rude in my life. One of the girls working there in particular just looks at you like she wants to hurt you, and just asks you questions like a cop trying to get information. I almost went to her manager. I wont do my business with Woodforest any longer. I use Regions now. Now that I've moved over to Regions, I've been in to 4 of their branches; never a rude person working there at all. Very nice and chipper.
