There's no nonsense, just a good time with calories getting burned, bonds being formed, legends being created (and lots of laughs if you work with me). Laid back teacher that is always respectful and tolerant. You will make friends and get in shape at the same time!”

“It’s a good gym, with good equipment, and the basketball court is nice for indoor play. For how much it is they should really have a sauna. if they had the sauna it would be 5 stars. but sadly they don’t. Thanks for explaining. that makes more sense now why you don’t have one.”

“If you are a serious lifter in the Carbondale area this is the place to go. I have visited the past two years for work and bought a monthly membership to workout at Legacy. John was great helping to set up 24 hour access to the gym and the equipment is top notch. Including a Texas Deadlift Bar. I will definitely be back in the future!”
