On-line banking is down more than working

Today we went in to deposit our money, before we go in and hand them the money we would always tell them how much we’re giving them. But everytime we go in we always lose a hundred here and lose two hundred there, and everytime the workers never tell me that im missing a hundred or two, they just toss the money into the account and go on with their day like its none of their business. And the lost money is suddenly our fault.
Im telling you this is so that you can properly count your money and service your customers.

Was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and appearance of the lobby. Opened multiple accounts and the young lady was so knowledgeable and efficient I actually enjoyed a visit to the bank! Lots of choices, I think I made the correct decision!

I usually bank in Murphysboro, but went to the Fairview Heights branch. The teller was most outstanding! I wouldn't change banks if they paid me.
