“We took my husband’s truck to Calliber in mid May. Our estimated date of completion was a day before I was planning on taking a trip to visit family in Georgia. Two weeks after we dropped it off we got a text saying that the estimated date was now in August. I called asking for an explanation. They kindly explained that a part was on back order. I then asked if I could pick it up until the part came in; so that, I could take it down to Georgia. The damage to the truck was cosmetic and not related to function. They talked to the manger who let me pick it up. A week after I got back the part came in. I dropped it off again on a Tuesday and it was done by Thursday. The customer service here is too tier. I let them know I wasn’t angry, but I just couldn’t afford a rental and we had been using my one car in the mean time. They were so understanding and kind. The work they did looks so good too!!”
