Its been 3 months since my purchase so wanted to write the review after having the vehicle for awhile. I was hesitant to go to a small business like this for a vehicle bc I usually buy from a big name dealership but I made the 2 hour drive here for the great prices. My experience here was great. I bought a 2008 Sebring convertible bc i wanted a fun summer car. The vehicle ended up needing a new alternator within a couple weeks but the owner worked with me and helped with a big part of the bill for getting it repaired. Thank you so much for that! I've driven the vehicle on 3-4 hour road trips with no issues. I highly recommend this business to anyone. Make the drive if you have to. Thank you so much Best Buy for a fun, reliable vehicle and great service!***** vehicle transmission went out 2 years after i bought the vehicle. Had to buy a new car as the transmission replacement wasn’t worth the cost of the vehicle.

My friend referred me to this place, Not only did I get a GMC Acadia there, for a great price, the owner, his family, and employees are fantastic, no pressure, upfront, kind, reasonable and fast paperwork! Good people, great prices!

I bought a vehicle from this place and paid a little over 6000 for it. I asked the owner if there was anything major wrong and of course, he told me no. I kept hearing a knocking sound in the back, but just thought it was a normal SUV sound. A year later I'm told by a reputable auto repair center that the whole underneath of the vehicle is rusted through. They can't fix it and it's not safe to drive. Needless to say, I was sold a vehicle that was unsafe to drive from the beginning.

I just purchased a 2005 Jeep Liberty from here and I couldn't be happier! The owner is a super-nice guy and his entire family (who also works here) is also incredibly kind and polite. They have a very good selection of nice used cars and made the buying process easy and stress-free. If I buy another used vehicle in the future I will definitely be making the trek from Arkansas to Illinois to buy a vehicle here! Also, while I was purchasing my vehicle, there were three other people from out of state purchasing vehicles too (Kentucky, Tennessee and Missouri). Make the wise choice and buy from Best Buy Auto Sales!

I didn’t have a positive experience with them. If you love your money, if you want friendly business, genuine trade, just forget this place. They just want get rid from the customer once the deal is completed.

A friend recommended Auto Best Buy after their positive experience.Zane was helpful answering questions quickly by email as we searched the website. The phone staff was always friendly and helpful as well.After we narrowed down our search on the website we came in to look around and test drive and found the staff helpful and never creepy pushy.I bought my daughter her first vehicle from them and Steve gave her a fantastic deal, taught her how to check the fluids, and how to care for her vehicle. He made sure it was safe and all repairs up to date. He was never pushy- very patient and professional. I have never been treated so well in buying a vehicle. It was a very busy day with a lot of customers buying vehicles at the same time but we never felt rushed. Our vehicle is solid and my daughter loves it! They also work on the cars they sell so if we ever have a problem they will fix it.Auto Best Buy is Southern Illinois' best kept secret for quality and affordable used vehicles operated by a family who truly cares for their customers!I am very impressed and I tell everyone looking for a vehicle about this place.I highly recommend Auto Best Buy.Thank you for all the extras you do!God bless you in all you do!

Steve was great! He’s very knowledgeable on the cars in the lot, helped tremendously with replacing parts and getting registration done as easy as possible. I’ve recommended this place to so many people and came here from word of mouth. Very amazing crew!!!

Bought a car from them and the check engine light for catalytic converters ($1000+ repair) came on on the same day. Called them and their response was "That's just for emissions, it doesn't matter". My county requires emission testing and the car they sold me will not be able to pass. They refuse to do anything about it.

My Durango was totalled during COVID. I needed something cheap and quick. No one was doing in house financing so I had to pay cash. 3,600 plus dollars later I bought a van. It was horrible. The gas mileage was horrible. It nickel and diced me to death till my son totalled it. DO NOT BUY A VEHILE HERE!!!!

Best place I could find with a diverse selection of affordable cars, if you want to go to dealer and not worry about annoying salesmen following you around and trying to pressure you into a cars then this is the place to go. No one bothered me and when I found something i was interested in they handed me the keys and were kind and respectful.

I found this car on the market and I called about it, the gentleman told me it was a one owner and in very good condition. So I went to look at it and it was exactly what he said it was. I bought it and I am very pleased. Great customer service!!.

I just purchased the 3rd vehicle I’ve bought here for my kids and have had amazing luck. My kids are in safe reliable vehicles. The owners don’t just make sure you leave happy but stay happy. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.. they’re just good ppl.

Great place for a fair price on a used car. Honest and easy to work with. I've had my mini van for a couple weeks now and am very happy with what I purchased and where i got it.
