Absolutely wonderful experience. I needed supplies for my Cpap and walked in without an appointment. Dion was very courteous and responsive. He even called my Sleep Dr in Georgia to get my prescription. I also lost my wallet and did not have my insurance card so he allowed me to text a photo of it and got it all authorized for me. Very impressed with his service and customer care - definitely recommend.

I am very pleased with the service I received from this company! They were able to approve a bed for my father within days. Within one day of approval, the bed is already scheduled for delivery. Kyle was the first person I spoke with and he was knowledgeable and personable. I spoke with two others that I do not recall the names, but they were so helpful. Shanda was the last person I spoke with and she was an absolute delight. She took the time to explain everything and was able to get the order finalized for me. I am happy I found this company! Thanks again!

Nobody speaks Spanish, and there are many Hispanics in that company. Discrimination against Hispanics. I called on Monday and dialed up to 5 times and there are no interpreters.

Do Not use Why Medical. I would give them ZERO stars. If I could.. Kyle the "manager" is horrible and extremely rude. He has several complaints but WHY Medical continues to ignore the complaints and keep him employeed and representing Why Medical. He needs to be fired. He ordered the incorrect supplies and got angry and hung up the phone when I informed him of the errors. Who is very unprofessional.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my client who is elderly with many health issues. In our opinion, this is the worse medical supplier that we have come in contact with. First, on the order form she receives (since late 2020), there's about four items on there that were ordered for her to have. However, she has NEVER received them from Why Medical. Her insurance is of course being billed (fraudulent). Kyle was made aware (at least twice) of the missing items 6 months ago & he told her they would be sent to her. To date, she has NOT received any of the missing items. Also, Deon never returns her phone calls. She's also still waiting to receive her cpap supplies. My client is currently being told by her physician to report the company. We're in the process of doing that now. It's so sad that the sick & elderly have to deal with unnecessary issues from this company.

I'd like to give these guys no stars. I used them for a brief period of time because they were the only game in town. It's been several years since I've had to use them and it's interesting to hear, by the other reviews, that nothing has changed. Actually sounds like they treat customers even worse. They had a joker named Max in customer service when I was using them. A liar liar liar "par excellence". HORRIBLE customer service, the guy would lie when I knew he was lying. I was so thankful that Advanced Health Services opened up. So, Max, here's to you you incredible liar!

Why states in previous review that my credit card has been reimbursed. It has not been reimbursed according to my credit card company. This is now JUNE 2, 2021!!! The owner (manager) on Yelp stated" your credit card has been reimbursed"... That's a lie. Was NOT TOLD semi electric beds are provided from Medicare. Was told by a women in the office that I had to pay for an electric bed. Alternative was to crank the bed. Over the weekend I found out that they lied to me and I immediately cancelled. Called credit card company and yes they already took the money before delivery. Guess the three day wait period doesn't apply to this company. Still waiting for my money back. On APRIL 22, WHY STATED- MONEY WAS REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT. THEY LIED!!!

It's unfortunate I have to give them a star. They deserve ZERO STARS. I Had a representative call named KYLE and made false accusations and proceeded to hang up. I can't begin to imagine how you must treat your customers. Disgusting. FIRE THAT MAN!The level of immaturity and lack of professionalism shows. Shame on you.

Reporting to Medicare for fraud. April 2021. Never delivered hospital bed and charged my credit card. Was told Medicare doesn’t pay for electric and I have to only use the crank. Told a 1 time fee of $450.00 for a fully electric bed. Didn’t tell me Medicare pays for semi automatic. No e mail for any written agreement. Their license should be removed for taking advantage of seniors in dire need of help. AS OF MAY 30.2021 WHY MEDICAL SUPPLIES HAS NOT CREDITED MY ACCOUNT FOR A BED THEY NEVER DELIVERED. SPOKE WITH MY CREDIT COMPANY WHO STATED ITS ON GOING AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE COMPANY... ON YELP THE OWNER CLAIMED My ACCOUNT WAS CREDITED LAST APRIL. THIS IS VISIBLE FOR ANYONE TO READ ON YELP HIS REPLY.

I recently worked with WHY Medical Supplies to rent a Hoyer lift. Katie in customer service was incredibly helpful, especially because I was working under time pressure. The size of the Hoyer lift that was provided fit perfectly down the hallway and was able to navigate a tight turn. Dave, who delivered it, waited very patiently and gave a clear explanation of how all the pieces fit together. The delivery was quick as well. I would definitely recommend them!

Seriously, cannot say enough about Why Medical Supplies!!! I had 10 days to furnish my fathers home with a hospital bed, lift chair etc. and I had no idea who to call. I knew that I needed to go to a place that accepted Medicare ONE phone call to Kyle (manager) and that was all it took. He answered every question and made the process so simple. Even the delivery went well! everything was explained to me (took a video of how to use hospital bed) and went flawlessly. HIGHLY recommend WHY MEDICAL SUPPLIES!!!!!!!!

Uncaring, rude and fraudulent are the words that come mind when thinking of this company. Do NOT use them. Kyle was ignorantly rude. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

My grandmother has been coming here for years up until extremely rude interactions with Kyle Cass. I will let everyone we know that is a customer there to avoid dealings with this place until employees like this are gone.
