If you are already signed up as a rewards member, you have to sign up online in a separate app to use any coupons advertised. Coupons should already be accessible to rewards members. Pharmacy does not keep appropriate stock of items that constantly sell out. They're regularly out of specific items for several months at a time. And good luck finding a 24 hour pharmacy that is less than 30 minutes away. There's a Walgreens on every corner, yet none are opened 24 hours anymore.

The guy at the front desk is rude. It took me a little while to unload my items and he finished scanning half of them. I was still unloading my cart and he asked if the remaining stuff was acceptable. I work in retail so I understand this. The part that was unacceptable was when I told him everything was all together he assumed that I was hiding the items and asking "why you hiding them?" Then I tried to use the tap to pay/ Walgreens rewards card and redeem rewards feature that is integrated into the Walgreens app. No luck as the cashier pushed a button on his end. Then says"what are you waiting for? Enter your phone number!" Finally paid and got out of this store and probably won't be back until this is addressed

The Indian front desk guy is rude. He will treat you like you’re stupid and is really passive aggressive. I like going into this store for whatever I need, but the customer service could really be improved.

"The total lack of empathy by the pharmacy is horrible" Someone said that and I can't believe I have to agree with that person. I got such an arrogant response from the older blond lady who works there. That is really sad. Hopefully, they change their attitude learn to love people, or get a different job. They hung up the phone several times. Unbelievable. I will stop using this Walgreens for pharmacy. I learned my lesson. Walgreens Pharmacy at. 345 N LAKE ST. Mundelein, IL 60060. Too many times trying and hoping, but this is the last time I use this pharmacy. The last customer 9/5/23 very disappointed at the treatment today.

This WALGREENS is huge. Maybe six or eight times larger than our neighborhood Walgreens. Loaded with a complex mix of merchandise; the depth of selection is amazing. *There's a full pharmacy, and of course, over the counter medications and supplies. And just about everything else you might pickup: toys, clothes, alcohol (both kinds), personal products, hardware, office and school supplies. Even the latest TV advertised gimmicks and gadgets.The candy selection screams cavities. Except, of course, for the sugar free and vegan selections.Then there's food: refrigerated, frozen, packaged, and canned.A helpful employee directed me to the water section. Bottled, canned, distilled, flat, carbonated, and flavored waters are displayed.Be prepared to spend some time here. The displays demand touching.Checking out is fast and easy. Prices are moderate.Easy, free, ADA compatible parking.* Charles R. Walgreen Sr. purchased the grocery-drugstore, on the South Chicago,where he had worked as a pharmacist. Today there are more than 9,000 Walgreens worldwide. The largest Walgreens is located in Chicago Illinois. It has three stories of just about everything, including a sushi bar.

I’m sorry I didn’t want to make this.. but prescriptions are way too expensive with y’all jewel and meijer is so much cheaper. I had to take my business elsewhere… plus the pharmacy is super slow with prescriptions when jewel only took an hour with two people on staff. You lost a longtime and loyal customer.

My daughter had such an awesome experience dealing with Nimish at the pharmacy here. What a knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, respectful gentleman he is.Thank you Walgreens for employing such awesome helpful people like Nimish who go above and beyond their duty to help out customers who need help. Only if I was allowed million ⭐️ … giving the max 5 ⭐️ for now.

What a service these Pharmacy team provides, I was struggling on booking a second dose for covid19 and I visited my local Walgreens and they didn't seem to care of helping me out. So I made a quick stop at this Walgreens store and I explained my situation and they offer to at least help me out on creating an appointment however the other person who was working in the team along with the pharmacist they heard my situation and they jumped in and they help me out, so they looked their bookings and found out that someone canceled their appointment so they helped me with no issues and provided the second dose, this is what I call service and willing to serve and help customers.... way to go..

In pain prescription was sent earlier in the morning called twice to see what is going on waiting on hold for long period then would get disconnected. I think they would just hang up on people after waiting.
