Since moving to Mundelein this post office has failed to deliver(lost) many pieces of mail. I always walk in and use the lobby drop box or hand the mail to the counter person. Unfortunately this still is not good enough. Most recently three pieces of mail have failed to get to their destination. Do not use this post office to mail anything even remotely important, not to mention checks or gift cards.

Drop box is locked and they make me put packages where anyone could steal them!!!! For a month now the drop box has been LOCKED!

It’s one thing our packages are not safe but our mail??? Every last box is unlocked and unsecured this is totally not acceptable. What’s the point of having a secured box if it’s not going to be secured.

Employees take a public salary but are disrespectful to the public over a journalist recording, which their own policies allow?Why are we paying a worker who doesn't want to work for the public?Bald "gentleman" working May 1st around 12 to 1 pm. His own postmaster general says the Public can record him but he apparently doesn't need this job anymore.

One of the few post offices in the area staffed with lazy, rude, and apathetic employees... I have NO idea how these people got this Gov job??!!??!! No idea why their is no oversight to fire them.

I think Mundelein post office is great. I live in Grayslake, but it is worth it for me to drive to Mundelein because I know the packages will be sent out timely and the staff is very nice. They have excellent hours on the Saturday when mail is still sent out at 4:30 pm.

They sent my package to Texas when it was a delivery from Illinois to Illinois... Be careful they may tamper with your packages!

Over the past few months, I've shipped a lot of packages from this USPS and other nearby locations. The employees at the Mundelein office are always friendly, the space is clean and well organized, and most importantly, my packages are always processed and shipped quickly.
